Frente al mar Sandy Beach Alquiler de vacaciones Unidad 1

Tenemos dos apartamentos de gran tamaño en el segundo piso directamente en una playa privada de arena. Ambos apartamentos han sido renovados por completo en diciembre de 2017, con cocinas nuevas, baños nuevos, pisos, etc. Cada unidad tiene capacidad para un máximo de 4 personas. Alquile con el número de alquiler 9131033 (reserva y tarifas separadas) para dormir hasta 8 personas. Camina desde tu puerta de entrada hacia un gran banco de arena en el Océano Atlántico. Mira el amanecer y el atardecer desde este triplex privado con una ubicación única. Amarre su bote directamente detrás de la propiedad en el banco de arena o el muelle y el lanzamiento del bote disponible al otro lado de la calle en el lado de la Bahía. Increíble vida marina en la playa, rayas, cangrejos de pez globo, tiburones. Pescado desde la orilla. Cuando la marea está baja, puedes caminar cientos de pies hacia el océano en el banco de arena. Cada unidad tiene capacidad para 4 personas con 1 cama King, un sofá cama queen size y una cama plegable disponible. Alquile con unidad de imagen de espejo al lado para acomodar a 8.

Estamos en un hábitat natural muy singular. Hay momentos, dependiendo de las mareas, cuando las algas gruesas, las rocas y otros artículos se lavan en nuestra costa. Recomendamos siempre usar zapatos de agua.

Great location. Nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. Living room ac didn’t work correctly. It was reported but never fixed. The dining room fan and light didn’t work. Kitchen light went out on the 3rd day. The light socket on lamp by from door was falling apart. (Unsafe) The outside beach area was covered with trash. I spent about an hour picking broken glass and trash. It wasn’t the situation but we made the best of it and had and great time. We won’t go back.

Not what I expected
First of all...the very first picture online is not the property. I'm not sure where it is but it is not this property. The property is right on the ocean and is a nice beach but does have lots of grass in the water. The bedroom picture, the picture with pelicans on the dock are also not this property. The owner is not very communicative. There was supposed to be an inspection while we were there and I left him a message about it. No answer from owner, no text or any kind of communication. The stairs and the wooden railing need to be updated. The stairs themselves are warped and the railing is loose so be careful. The AC in the living is not working the way it should but it did keep the room cool enough to be comfortable. Positive things are that the couches, table etc were awesome. The kitchen has everything that you need but it doesn't have a dishwasher. It didn't matter for the two of us but it might for others. It also has an icemaker in the refrigerator but it doesn't work so you have to break out ice cubes from trays and refill. The property was very clean but the outside was more scattered. We did have a good time. The property isn't perfect but it was comfortable and was a nice place to come home to at the end of a busy day of touristing in the Florida Keys!

location is great. close enough to marathon for easy access to activities and restaurants, but far enough away to avoid heavy traffic and crowds. clean property. excellent communication with owner when needed. nice private beach on which to sit and relax or read or just bird watch. have already booked same property for christmas this year.

Beautiful, Comfortable & Perfect
We loved being on the water. The creatures that live in the water in the Keys were remarkable to see. The area around the property was quiet and well kept. The inside of our bungalow was very comfortable and well stocked. We loved it and will most likely be back next year.

Amazing property
This place is beautiful. It’s not really for swimming due to all the sea grass but it was perfect otherwise. The property manager was very fast at responding to questions. It’s centrally located which was fantastic! The house itself could have used a good cleaning due to cobwebs and ants but otherwise it was the perfect size for the two of us! We loved it!

Condo was perfect size for two we enjoyed the bay, there was seaweed and often hard to get out but I think that was just the time of the year. Loved how it was close to everything, we enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend!! Till next time Marathon

Relaxing Vaca
We had a great time relaxing at this beautiful Beach House. The water out front is not a place to depend on swimming in BUT awesome for sea life, sunrises and bird watchers. We visited all the beaches close by, Founders Park in Islamorada being our favorite, Sombrero in marsthon coming in second. Bahai Honda rated most beautiful!!!! The condo itself was clean, cool and had everything we needed and more!!

Amazing view, peaceful location, perfect for couples!
This property is great for a couples get-away. Bed is comfortable, kitchen well stocked. View from the deck is amazing, nice beach to relax on, although, there's a bit of seaweed that collects at the edge of the water but easy enough to step through. This is a great central location in the Keys, about an hour and half from The Everglades or Key West. Communication with Andrew is excellent, easy to contact and he responds quickly to questions. March is a great time to stay, we had no mosquitos.

Excellent Everglades
Loved the location. Key West was just a bit much for us, expensive and crowded. Loved coming back to our home base. A water main broke 3 times the week we were there affecting ALL of the keys from Key Largo to Key West. Only the later one affected us as the two reserves were deplenished during the first two breaks. We were ordered to conserve water to rebuild reserves. Wasn't to bad only about 16 hours. We hauled water from the ocean and were very restricted with our use. It was a great location for seeing everything from the Everglades to turtle hospital to Key West. So much to do but a car is essential. Excellent weather, highly recommend!

Excellent Hosts
We had an amazing stay, despite Hurricane Ian. Hosts checked on us before and after the storm and were quick to act and get the beach and carport cleaned and back to pristine condition. The location was great and sunsets and sunrises were magical from the beach. We enjoyed paddleboarding right from the shore.

Loved this beach house & Grassy Key!
We had a blast enjoying the ocean and all its wonders. Kids loved using the kayaks and snorkeling. We seen many fish, crabs, iguanas, lizards, a conch & a small shark. Many things to see by the old cement ruins off shore. We did have did have lots of grass & trash come in (mid August). It was a bit smelly some days, but you get used to it. Grassy Key as a whole area has this issue. Water shoes were very helpful and cleared a wide path to the water and that really cut out the "yuck" & smell factor by having it dry out a bit. There was some algae bloom closer to shore also, just made it hard to see through the water near shore and cleared out as the water got deeper. Overall we loved it, we reacted both sides and they were very clean and comfortable for our family. Favorite local places were the Grassy Key Marina for fishing needs & few grocery items . Also really enjoyed the Turtle hospital tour. -MN family of 8
