I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. ”

“This was a great property for our good size family group. There was lots of room to spread out. We were grateful to have 3 bedrooms on the main floor so that the grandparents didn't need to use the stairs too much. There was lots of room for the teens and tweens to hang out in their own space when the grown ups were boring. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and baking pans. We had plenty of plates and cups and cutlery. One of the bonuses of staying in a house is that we don't have to eat out...

“Beautifully maintained home steps from the Provo City Center Temple and BYU. This was a perfect little home for my daughter and I as I was dropping her off as a new freshman at BYU. Great location and had everything I needed. Communication with the owner was great. He responded quickly any time I reached out. Looking forward to staying again! ”
