“The home and location were wonderful. The backyard faced east, looking across grand traverse bay, so we watched a beautiful sunrise every morning. We were located just north of the city, so did not have to deal with the traffic every day. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“Kaiser House is a pleasant and comfortable cottage in a convenient, beautiful location. The outdoor lounging area is comfortably appointed and enjoyable, and the bay-facing sunporch is the best for sunrise views and morning coffee. The house is well-appointed with everything we needed except a tea kettle (but that's just us). The beds are comfortable and the host response is friendly and efficient. ”

“A great central location with a beautiful interior. We had two issues…no toilet paper and the Roku wouldn't work on the tv. Toilet paper was delivered promptly and the owner came and worked out a solution for the tv. It’s a beautiful comfortable apartment and we wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.
