The listing incorrectly stated 2 Queens AND a Murphy, but the Murphy was one of the Queens which left us one short of what we had planned for. That was the beginning of the trip and we made do, but I still haven’t been contacted by the property management despite multiple calls and texts at this stage.
Add to the above there is an ant problem in the house that will never be fixed by the small plastic traps, you may want to get someone to professionally put up an ant barrier, otherwise your future guests will be relaxing and having ants crawl over them whilst they do so.
There was a dirty rag in one of the bathrooms when we arrived which I would have typically overlooked, had the other problems not surfaced.
Finally we accidentally left a couple of belongings upon late check out (that we paid for despite the issues) and I’ve contacted them several times over the last 5 days to see if I can get the items mailed back - but as expected, I have not heard anything from anyone, even though I would have to imagine cleaners have already been through since last weekend.
Nice location and town, though.
