El condominio frente al mar en el tercer piso domina el puerto de Manteo, el Festival Island Park y las atracciones históricas. A pocos pasos de docenas de tiendas y restaurantes. Ideal para bodas: dos instalaciones de recepción y dos sitios de bodas populares a poca distancia. Se puede acceder a más de dos millas de pasarela pavimentada frontal desde el puerto adyacente. Jardines isabelinos, drama al aire libre Lost Colony, sitio histórico de Fort Raleigh, acuario público de Carolina del Norte y aeropuerto regional (MQI) a 10 minutos en coche. Quince minutos en coche de las playas públicas de Nags Head, las tiendas y restaurantes de Jockey's Ridge y Outer Banks. Edificio equipado con ascensor y parking con contraseña. We fell in love with small town of Manteo. The condo was enormous for our family of five. There could be some modern upgrades done but it didn't take away from the quality of our stay. Very clean condo. Would love to stay here again.

Comfy Home with Location & View!
Property manager was great to work with! Spacious comfy condo in the absolute perfect location for a stay in Downtown Manteo! Safe area with plenty of things to walk to (shops, restaurants) or to just take a walk and take in the air and views! View from deck and windows was amazing! Went to a concert at the Festival Park and the walk was short, the venue was amazing, and the show was great! Had a wonderful long weekend!

An absolute Gem in Manteo!
From 1st contact with Chris the communication was excellent. He took his time, explained and answered any questions I had. He was very pleasant to deal with. The condo is very nice! Spacious and quiet,with great views. It was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We most certainly be back.

Best Host Ever!
Chris was amazing. He always responded quickly and gave lots of helpful suggestions about the area and the weather since a hurricane was in the area! The location is phenomenal. You can walk to lots of little shops and restaurants and bars. Parking in the garage made everything so convenient and dry! We would definitely come back again! The condo was even roomier in person.

Great location.
We love Manteo! And this location can’t be beat! The property is beautiful. Quiet. And overlooks the marina. The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. It was the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. The view from the deck is so perfect. Chris was a delight to work with. We would come back again and again to this location.

We just love the location and the atmosphere of the condo and the community. This is one of the best finds in manteo of places to stay on vacation. The host is the best and easy to communicate with too. Cant wait to come back as usual!!!!

Wonderful stay,

Nice waterfront spot, walking to downtown shops & restaurants
We rented this place over a long weekend for one of our sister's wedding. The location is excellent, right on the water in the middle of downtown. You can walk to restaurants bars and shops. We really were not at the condo very much while we were there, since we had wedding events. We appreciated that there was a full kitchen and washer/dryer (my sister has an infant). It was a little tough finding the place at first- it is a complex of condos- but we figured it out eventually.

Wonderful trip to Manteo!
Three bedroom condo facing the water. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. I appreciated the little touches of starter coffee, a basket of “in case you forgot something” articles, stocked laundry room. The porch had the best view of the sound and you could watch the sunrise from the porch or the master bedroom. Communication with the owner was great. We had some weather and he was kind enough to alert us that we might need to move our car if there was some minor flooding . Great stay, we will be back for sure. Love Manteo.

Amazing views! A+ location
This was our second stay at this property. The owner is very friendly and prompt to assist. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, wine shops, boutiques, and shops. The festival park is a short walk away. The property has gorgeous views of the harbor, fishing boats and sail boats. The property has private parking under the building and is very safe and secure. The town of Manteo is safe and peaceful. We plan to return soon for a long weekend!
