Hotel Scam
My husband and I had a check in date for a two night stay on February 16 & 17, 2020. Our reservation was nowhere to be found and we had to rebook a reservation on the spot with brokers who hover around the lobby of the condominium complex. We went from one building to another and still there was no record of our reservation. I called the numbers listed on our reservation, but nobody answered. I will never book again through Hotel. com. Upon returning to the United States, I tried calling and even went online to air my complaint, but have not heard back from them.

Major complaint
Very disappointing, No one to help us with reservation. Tried to call the contact person several times, but no answer. We ended up getting a different place. We need refund of the money $196.58 we paid.We arrived at the place but the security guard has nothing to do with it. The owner of the condo did not arrive at the reservation we made. I will not recommend Hotel.com

Clean, budget accomodations, some simple amenities missing and it has a very small bed!
Very simple, budget accommodation in a high rise tower apartment building. There must be over a 1000 units in this building! Prepare to wait for the elevators. A good way to experience how locals live in this bustling business district of Makati. For the most part, the place was clean, and as described, with a couple of recommendations and warnings: 1) How about a roll of toilet paper for the bathroom? Maybe it was an error on the part of housekeeping, but shopping for toilet paper is not the first thing I would like to do upon check in. I had to walk next door to the market and spend 15php for a roll of paper. Could have been included in the 3000php I paid for one night rent! Bring your own soap and shampoo if you are going to stay more than one night. I received a small bar of soap and a packet of one wash shampoo. 2) The bed is very small and low quality. You would have trouble comfortably sleeping two adults on the bed. It looks like the futon couch in the living area would also open as a small bed.

Desvær forkert reklame hvad værelse inderholder, der var ingen gratis vand, der var ikke nogen daglig rengøring, svær at for kontakt til ansvarlige person, minus hårtørrer. Der kom en og spurte os om det kan gør rent, og vi lavet en aftale dag og tid, men det kom aldrig den dag spild vores tid.der blive gøret rent en gang under vores ophold.

事務所に近く、１階にスーパーもあり、便利だが、部屋、メンテナンス、スタッフの対応、改善望む
チェックイン、の時もタワーがＡ，Ｃ，Ｄとエントランスがあり、どこにチェックインしたらよいのか、たらい回しにされた、事前にもっと、詳細も知らせてほしい、今回は２部屋予約したが、Ｃタワー２２０２号室のベランダ付きの部屋は温水も出て、広さも まあまあでしたが、私が最初に予約して泊まった部屋はゴキブリは多く、シャワーは水のみ、最悪でした、受付のスタッフにたのんでも、私は関係ないという始末部屋のスタッフの電話にかけての誰も出ない、また、雨の時でっしたので、タクシーを頼んでも、呼ぶことはなく、逆にめんどくさいといわれる始末、これは、フイリピン人スタッフの雇用体系にあるのでしょうが、もう少し、何とか改善してほしい、５月に宿泊したシテｲーガーデンホテルの時も、電話で２か所あると、こちらから、 アドバイスをしたが、わからないとの答えで、案の定、最初にチェックインしたホテルはシイテイーガーデングランドホテルで、予約なしと言われ、結局シテイーガーデンホテルに調べてもらい、チェックインしました、 も少し、ホテルの情報を事前に詳細を教えてほしい、せっかく良いシステムなので、今後も利用したいと、思っておりますので、改善よろしくお願いします。

Overall terrible stay!
No hotel service at all just given key after 35 minutes in the lobby and another 20 waiting for the only two of six working elevators. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and free breakfast was not provided.

Its not like a hotel, more like renting a appartment. took long to get the room because they didnt understand anything when i arrived after booking it online. the reception dont have any computer they use, they only call someone in office. the communication with FilNaija is poor, its like Jazz and Fil is 2 different hotels. And when i got the room, i got someones number to call when it was something. and right away i had to call for towels. and i was hard to get contact on that number, never answer. it says on hotels.com that its roomcleaning every day, they never cleaned my room when i stayed there 4 days. it says they have airportransport, i didnt get that because the boss was gone away, so i had to get a taxi my self, and that is sometimes hard in Makati! and always need to pay extra there, so it was 1000 pesos for taxi instead of free transport as it says online. Positive things is the building, new and clean. nice pool, but the buildings hide the sun in the pool area, its surrounded.

Our stay was on the 43rd floor of the Jazz "D" Tower and the view was outstanding; especially at night. Though there were a couple of maintenance flaws such as an elevator being non-functioning and long hair found as soon as we entered the bathroom. Our stay was for the most part very satisfying ...

This is NOT a hotel, but a private residence that someone is posing as a hotel. Not only is this false advertising, but the condition of this accommodation was unacceptable. When we "checked-in" we got to our room and there were full garbage cans, dirty dishes in the sink, dirty bedding that was not changed for the next guest. We didn't even look at the condition of the bathroom, and thought someone was there and it had been double booked. When we questioned the receptionist, he called the owner and suggested we wait around for them to clean it up. 20 minutes later, the owner shows up and laughed at us making some remarks to the receptionist as if we were being unreasonable. We did not want to wait 2 hours for them to clean and wash everything, so we walked out and booked another hotel. Basically, the residence owner and Hotels.com are pointing fingers at whose to blame, and no one is taking responsibility. Basically, they both have made their money and fooled the customer. I have had no trouble with this service before, but it seems like a very slimy operation and I am disappointed how this has been handled.

Budget Friendly STAYCATION!!!
It is more convenient and less stress if you rent a condominium and if you are on a tight budget and if you want a staycation. Instead of checking in a cheap hotels this will be a perfect staycation getaway for your friends within the metro. The pool was great, it was big for you and your family and friends to enjoy a morning dip or even niggt swimming. They do have gym also but wasn't able to try it. Perfect scenery especially during night time. They also have kitchenette where in you can cook your own food.

Jazz Residences - OK now, could become perfect
The studio is quite well located, with a mall at ground level. Quiet neighbourhood. View on Manila graveyard (??). The swimming pool is great!!! The room is OK, but could be a little more cosy. Equipment is very basic. Bathroom is OK, but small and very basic (very small mirror, shower support broken, ..) Aircon works perfectly, but is very noisy, just as is the fridge. With some minor investments, this place could be greatly improved and become perfect. All by all, a nice place to stay, and at a reasonnable price. Just enjoy the swimming pool, and the several restaurants in the mall below.. And yes, I would choose that place again for my next stay, despite the small lacunes.
