Villa Ilusión es el alquiler vacacional más nuevo en la playa de Mar Chiquita. Esta propiedad con vista al mar de 180 grados se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa y con un entorno tranquilo. Puede disfrutar de paseos a caballo, buceo, snorkel, expediciones en cavernas y surf, en los alrededores. Dentro y fuera de la casa tendrá el beneficio de la privacidad y la relajación; puede disfrutar de las terrazas y el cenador, tomar una siesta en la hamaca, disfrutar del océano mientras está en la piscina, disfrutar de los cruceros por el vasto océano Atlántico y pasar tiempo de calidad con su familia y amigos. El centro de la ciudad con supermercados, bancos, comidas rápidas, áreas de compras, tiendas y restaurantes exclusivos está cerca de aquí. No se demore más y venga a Villa Illusion para disfrutar de unas excelentes vacaciones.

La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, uno con bañera en el nivel superior y otro con ducha en el nivel de la terraza inferior. La villa cuenta con una espectacular sala de estar, comedor y cocina de planta abierta con enormes ventanas que dan al océano, el frente terraza de nivel superior y la piscina. Un lugar perfecto para ver los atardeceres nocturnos. La unidad está amueblada en un estilo tropical con muebles caribeños y ventiladores de techo. La unidad está totalmente equipada con sábanas, toallas, plancha, mesa portátil de hierro, vajilla, cubertería, ollas y sartenes. Hay una lavadora y secadora, y la cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, incluyendo microondas y máquina de hielo. La sala de estar y una de las habitaciones tiene televisión por cable. Un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 50 "con canales de cable HD en la sala de estar, un reproductor de CD y un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 32" con canales básicos de cable en una habitación. Hay una modesta biblioteca de CD con películas de acción, drama y niños, documentales de viajes de varios países y espectáculos musicales.

En la terraza interior inferior hay una barbacoa, mesa de billar, mesa de dominó y otros juegos de mesa, como ajedrez, cheker chino, etc. También hay una ducha al aire libre en la terraza del nivel inferior.

Rinconcito de ensueño
Mi familia y yo (esposa, hijos y nietos) tenemos una tradición por muchos años de rentar una casa para compartir juntos en familia. Hemos visitado muchos sitios año tras año donde nos disfrutamos todos unos a otros en familia. Este año nos tocó Villa Ilusion. Cuando llegamos fuimos recibidos calida y amablemente por Fernando y Margarita que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nos orientaron sobre la casa y los sitios que podíamos visitar para comer rico. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La vista es "del más allá" Las facilidades extraordinarias con que cuenta satisfacen al mas exigente ya sea niño, joven, adulto o "viejita" como mi esposa que pasó muchas horas recostada bajo un almendro en comunión con la naturaleza en todo su esplendor, alimento para el alma. El área de piscina espectacular. Los chicos disfrutaron también de todos los juegos de mesa que hay en la casa y que se diga de todos los que se divirtieron jugando billar. No quisimos salir de la casa ya que usamos el BBQ y en varias ocasiones pedíamos comida de afuera y la comimos en la casa. Fueron unos días que no vamos a olvidar. Y vamos a regresar con la ayuda de Dios. Gracias Fernando y Margarita por su confianza. Nos veremos nuevamente!!!!!! 100% recomendada!!!!

No fue como se veia
Lo primero falta de limpieza en el baño de arriba hasta moho negro tenia la cortina y la bañera ,la nevera sucia ,los gabinetes y utensilios sucios, la piscina estaba sucia cuando llegue veníeron a limpiarla pero la dejaron igualita el filtro de la piscina nunca funciono y para el colmo cuando iba a usar el grill no tenia gas así q tuve q comprarlo y por último la q limpia llego el día q me iba y se molesto pq no habíamos sacado toda la basura del zafacon para afuera tras q le están regalando el dinero de la limpieza pq no hace nada quería q le dejáramos todo limpio en mi opinión deberían de buscar alguien con más seriedad para la limpieza creo q uno paga muchísimo dinero como para encontrar todo como lo encontré en lo demás la casa muy bonita y el dueño muy amable gracias por todo pero no quede muy contenta

La mejores vacaciones en familia en tiempo de COVID-19
Nuestra familia disfruto mucho el tiempo en la casa. Ante la amenaza del COVID-19, no hubo necesidad de salir. Todo lo hicimos en la casa, que está completamente equipada. El host fue espectacular y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Todo muy limpio y organizado.

Awesome views and a great place to relax.
Fernando's Villa Illusion is a rare gem perched some 60 feet above the thundering waves on the North coastline on a limestone cliff. To get to an actual beach requires a 5 minute walk down to Mar Chiquita. Right or left of that beach are over 2 miles of other coves, limestone cliffs and coastal rainforests in each direction where we hardly saw another person. Be wary of extremely strong currents and waves crashing directly onto coral... Beautiful area but it's wild so be cautious. The house itself is perfect for a large family with an awesome deck overlooking the ocean and crystal clear warm pool below. For a house subject to 24x7 sea salt spray it is in fantastic condition and well appointed inside with a full kitchen and plenty of room. All the ductless bedroom air conditioners work splendidly. As far as some of the former complaints of dogs, there are two remaining older dogs as of 4/2024 and they do occasionally bark but we didn't have any problem with them. The yard is beautifully landscaped and Fernando deserves a lot of credit for keeping this place in great shape. The "neighborhood" is upscale and rural. There is a locking gate and full perimeter fence although we never felt the slightest bit uneasy around any of the friendly locals. Some of the more remote parking areas need common sense precautions like taking everything with you. Remember good water shoes if you go as all the coral is very sharp and there are many urchins you don't want bare feet around!

Overall Great
We stayed here as a baseball team for a tournament. The view and location were simply amazing. The owners were always available for any questions we had. We have zero complaints. That being said, there are some things that I would like to inform people. There are two dogs next door that continually bark. This is out of the owners control and it did not bother us, but I can't speak for everyone else. There was also issues with hot water due to the water pressure. We ended up getting warmer water by the end of our stay, but the first couple days took some getting used to. The owner came by to try to fix the issue and I believe he finally did. Our group consisted on 6 men 30+ years old that didn't mind these issues that were out of his control. It was overall a fantastic stay and we would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home overlooking the ocean.
We all had a very good time at the pool and playing games that they had for us there pool tables, cornhole, dominoes that we played almost every other night and swim in the pool quite a bit when it was hot during the day it had a beautiful beach to walk on down below. The owners were absolutely wonderful. We got to meet at the end of our day. Hope to see them again.

Si usted es "Pet lovers", y desea desconectarse del bullicio del área metro, "Villa Ilusión en Manatí" es el lugar ideal. Facilidades físicas limpias, organizadas, cómodas, amplias, equipadas con todo lo necesario, en una comunidad tranquila y silenciosa. Un paraíso sensorialmente estimulante. Acceso a exquisitos restaurantes a solo min. en carro, en especial, "Costa Azul", donde la comida servida de forma creativa, es sabrosa, y el servicio de alta calidad. Views are amazing from the backyard and balcony. Outdoor entertainment space and pool were accommodating. The owner was pleasant to speak with and responded to concerns about a non-working water heater and septic cleanout overflowing during the first day of the stay. Neighbor to left has three dogs, and one barked continuously and the neighbor did nothing about it. The property is overpriced in my opinion. The inside of the house could use a deep clean, updating and organizing. Also, there was an issue with water pressure that fluctuated from day to day. Kitchen stove only has three working burners due to a missing knob. Gas grill is missing the ignitor button and showing age. Washing machine does not fill or drain properly and this is possibly due to the water pressure. Overall, the experience was mediocre and did not meet my expectations.

Second time staying here.
The location and property is a perfect place for families looking to enjoy a local Puerto Rico experience in a safe and quiet neighborhood. You are within walking distance to Mar Chiquita, and a very short drive to Mar Bella. The hosts are very responsive, and whether you want to relax by the pool over looking the ocean, or head out and explore local spots, there is plenty to keep you busy. We love this location, and will definitely be back.

🌞 Ocean View - Great Location - Excellent Hosts!
The view, the view, the VIEW! Could not get enough of it. Fernando and Margarita are wonderful hosts. Very easy to reach and quick to respond to our questions. The house had everything we needed. The weather was very hot during our stay so we really appreciated the excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils. Cabinet is loaded with spices which was great as we like our spices! We really enjoyed the downstairs kitchen with grill. Mar Chiquita beach is only a 2 minute drive. Other public beaches are not too far away. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby as well. The central location made it especially convenient for us venture out to both ends of the island. It was wonderful to be able to end our busy days back at Villa Illusion where we could relax, enjoy the pool, and listen to the ocean sounds. Fernando and Margarita - Thank you for your hospitality!

I am not much of a person to leave reviews. This was our first time on a family vacation to PR. The communication with Fernando is excellent and he is the type of person that will go out of his way, for an unforgettable vacation experience. You will truly experience a beautiful landscaped scenery, with a breathtaking view overlooking the pool and ocean. For family gatherings, it has everything you need for the perfect entertainment. The inside is clean, It can use some upgrades on the mattresses, however, I was here for a family vacation and enjoyed this place and PR to the fullest. l

Villa illusion
What an amazing vacation! Villa illusion was a beautiful home with an amazing view of the beach. My favorite days of the trip may have been the ones spent in the hammock on the porch reading and listening to the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and spices, making meal prep easy. There are a few restaurants close by, plenty within a 20 minute drive. A car is a necessity, though. The bedrooms have AC. We tried not to use it the first few nights so we could hear the ocean, but even in April, it was warm enough that we needed it. Fernando was very responsive to questions and needs, both with questions about the house and local recommendations! There is a nice beach within walking distance. The location was a great launching point to explore both the east and west of Puerto Rico. We can’t wait to go back!

Loved staying here!
This place was great for our group- we were walking distance to the beach, close to a grocery store and amazing restaurant. We made many meals here as well. It had everything we needed. The views just sitting in the hammock on the back porch was so relaxing and tranquil. We loved it and we’d stay here again in the future.

Although our timing coming in and leaving out did not work with meeting the home owner, Fernando, he was very prompt at returning text messages when we had questions and was a pleasure to deal with. Wonderful
We absolutely love this house and its location! The owner's are incredibly kind and thoughtful and make the entire process a breeze. The pool is amazing, the view is amazing, and our family has now had two wonderful vacations while staying here. It's close enough to the beach that you can walk, and there are great restaurants close by as well. There is a Walmart about 15 minutes away for groceries and supplies if needed. The local market is just down the street. The bedrooms have AC, which is a total plus. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and well appointed. We cannot wait to come back!

outstanding space by the ocean
Fernando and Margarita have a lovely home by the ocean. The outside space here is amazing. Lots of spaces to hang out by the pool, on an outside covered porch. The inside had 3 very adequate bedrooms. The second bathroom was downstairs, so harder to use . The owner was very responsive to our needs, and very helpful with local recommendations. This part of Puerto Rico is pretty rural , so you had to travel a bit if you wanted to do anything outside of local smalll restaurants. There is a lovely beach very close to house, but pretty rugged shoreline all along the North coast of PR But the house and owner are great!

Literal slice of heaven!!
This place was a dream for my family vacation. Spacious enough for everyone to branch out and have their own space but personal enough to do close family activities together. I can’t stress how amazing the view is! And sleeping/waking to the sound of the waves everyday was so calming. Fernando was an amazing host and I would re visit this property in a heartbeat!

Perfect Family Vaca
The property was exactly as described and pictured. The neighborhood was quiet and mar Chiquita was right down the hill. We walked to it several times during our stay. We are frequent travelers to PR, several times a year, and this was one of my favorite properties we have ever stayed at. The owners were very responsive and took care of any needs we had while there. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing
Well I will first start by saying thank you Fernando and his wife for welcoming us to this beautiful paradise they call home. I have traveled and experience numerous places, this place will be the number one place in my heart. The view was spectacular and memorable. Fernando please update your photos so the people can really see what your paradise looks like. My family had an amazing vacation, this was actually a Christmas gift vacation to my kids. Is places like yours that makes people go on a vacation and have a great experience. People you have to see it to believe if there is such a place called Villa illusion. The rooms are spacious and everything you need is in arms reach. You really don’t have to go anywhere. If your looking for a place to Relax and spend time with your family this is the place to be. I thank you and my family thanks you. I will rent again with no hesitation. Referrals are on its way. Also if you visit please be mindful of the neighbors seems our music was slightly up and it disturbed the neighbor, which we should of known better. This is a quiet neighborhood and is Meant for you to relax and take it all in. So if your reading this don’t hesitate to book your vacation, you will be crazy to give it one thought. Breathtaking!
It was so special to wake up to the ocean and amazing views at Villa Illusion! Everything was perfect! Our family loved the pool, the game room, the hammocks and just being together in Fernando’s home. Close to several beaches and just a short drive to most sightseeing destinations. Highly recommend this spot for someone who wants to be off a resort but still have access to every convenience and luxury.

The house was as pictured in the photos, beautiful view, and great backyard. Fully stocked with pool toys and beach accessories. The owners were responsive to questions and helpful.

The site has incredible view and facilities
The place has very good facilities, very clean and cozy. The view is incredible. The owner was always very accessible and very friendly. I definitely recommend the place and we would return. It is also very well located with a cafeteria, supermarket and nearby beaches.
