“We have been coming to Manasota Key for years and wasn’t sure what to expect after the hurricane. However, Island Breeze was perfect. Great location on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Gulf. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There are sadly still a lot of damaged properties along the beach but the progress has been amazing. I would definitely rebook with Island Breeze if available. ”

“This was a girl's trip for 4. This is our second time staying at this unit. Stayed the year of 2023 and this year. When we stayed in 2023 the unit had just recently been renovated. This unit still looks like it is brand new on the inside. The host is so easy to work with and gets back with you quickly when contacted. The only thing the unit needs is a larger cookie sheet in the kitchen.”

“We were staying for work and found ourselves very disappointed with the unit. Communication was almost null and extremely delayed. Appliances did not work properly, they need to be periodically inspected. There is no way to control temperatures and we found ourselves waking up sweating after a 12hr. shift at the hospital taking care of the community’s health needs. It became very frustrating to finally communicate with the service and to never receive any solutions nor call backs to our basic...
