This condo is in average condition but in a good location. However, when we arrived we found that the internet was not working. We contacted the host to let them know. The host is Ready 4 Rentals. We received no response. After several attempts over many days to reach the host I finally got in touch with a woman from Ready 4Rentals who was not concerned at all about our situation. She was very rude and unprofessional. A few days later I received another call from a different woman from the rental company Sarah, who was professional and interested in assisting us with the internet problem. Ultimately we received an acceptable response but it put a bit of a damper on our trip. Would not return to this rental.

Generally Very Good

Physical property was fine. Property management could improve. Upstairs bathroom door would not close and was missing soap, shampoo, conditioner. Emailed manager about the door.The door got fixed the next day, but manager never informed us so there was an incident when my wife saw an unannounced repairman in the townhouse after returning from skiing. I was fine, my wife was agitated.

Fantastic Mammoth get-away

Thank you for this wonderful place to stay in Mammoth! We had a great visit, loved the clean and well-equipped home. We did have a problem with the oven not working, and didn't get attention from the property manager, but overall the stay was really lovely.
