Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...

“Casa Makai is a beautiful property with an incredible ocean/jungle view & very comfortable furnishings. The filtered water system was a treat, allowing us to fill our water bottles and drink directly from the tap, reducing unnecessary plastic waste. It is secured behind a private gate & monitored overnight by an on-sight security guard, (which didn't seem necessary as everyone in town was exceptionally kind and trustworthy). Josefina, the property manager, went above and beyond in every way...
