The apartment was uber clean with outstanding views and easy access down a flight of stairs to the beach. “This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit.”

“The property owner will be switch you and put you in a spot. You did not sign up for and charge you more for it. He also doesn’t seem to respect boundaries as he would enter the property without notifying the tenants anytime do not stay here. The owner does not talk to you, it is run by some other third-party guy who doesn’t recognize himself on Vrbo.”

“We stayed for 8 nights; the unit was a good size; everything was clean. We did not cook in, but everything that we used was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable. The community heated pool and hot tub were very nice. Communication with Julie was excellent. Since we have Family in the area, we will definitely look to stay here again.”
