“Diane and Joe are generous, gracious hosts. Their home and property are beautiful, restful, life-giving! We especially enjoyed the nearby bike trail, the fire ring, and the gift of farm-fresh eggs. And, as wonderfully secluded as this property is, Cincinnati with all its offerings is just a short drive away.”

“The interior was wonderful. The appliances state-of-the-art. The two things that were negative were the walkway was very uneven (we had to cut through the grass on the side). The seating was meant for much younger joints. It has a handicap/elderly accessible shower which was a huge plus. I like that it was one level. The fireplace didn't work. Everything else was fine, workable. Thank you.”

“I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. ”

“I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect.
