“Everything about our stay was great. Communication with the owner was like texting a friend. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Great parking spot too. Close to everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a great value. We hope to return often and come to this same property in the future. ”

“We had a great weekend on the beach in Cocoa. This house had such a relaxing vibe. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The suite downstairs was really spacious with a full bathroom. It had a king size bed and a twin bed and room enough for toddler cot. “Lots of room and places to gather for people of all ages, including some unexpected locations. Beautiful landscaping and improvements to the backyard with a great new wrap around deck with access to the pool area. My favorite spot was the screened in porch off the dining area -- shaded and quiet, great for early morning or evening beverages.”
