“We stayed at Iron Ridge for 2 nights in January. There were 4 couples and the home accommodated us well. One couple did need to sleep on single bunk beds. There were large spaces with comfortable seating and a large table to hang out. The property and access to the lake was wonderful. We walked on the lake to Giants ridge to watch a ski race. It's proximity to the ski area is perfect. Thanks for a fun weekend stay!”

“The trip was amazing, largely because of the amazing home we stayed in. Everything was wonderful. There are multiple spaces for kids to spend time. There are activities for them to do, and large hang out spaces including a huge dinning room table! The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are big, and the linens are fresh. The host is amazing! So helpful and kind! We can't wait for next year!!”

“We had everything we needed. The pool table was a hit with everyone. The area just got about 7 inches of fresh snow the day before we arrived and we spent a day at Giants Ridge and the rest of the time just hanging out at the house. We enjoyed walking through the woods on the trails. Would definitely go back if we went to the area again.”

“Really great location on a pretty quiet lake. Local bar has great food including Saturday night prime rib. Beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Common space isn’t large but very well laid out to make it comfortable for a family of four. Outside space is wonderful with good privacy and Great Lake views. Roughly 50 minutes to the Superior shore and all the parks. You really feel like you’re away from it all. ”

“Blissful!! My partner and I stayed for a weekend to see the fall colors, and although it was dreary and rainy, it was absolutely beautiful and incredibly cozy! Had everything we could need, and it was super nice to be able to unplug and truly get away, with other luxuries readily available. Couldn’t have asked for a better place, and we will definitely be back! ”

“This cabin is perfect! We arrived & were surprised to see a birthday banner & cake for my husbands birthday! And a beautiful basket of goodies! We were so surprised to have someone go out of their way like this. Lori & John are Fantastic Hosts! The cabin is phenomenal! Has everything you could want and more. They have done an amazing job with all the beautiful metal work & the fire pit area is amazing! We had a wonderful time! I Highly recommend & hope to return when we can enjoy the lake...

“Our stay was mostly positive. The owner was kind and quick to respond when we needed help finding the place and when we had questions about parking. Once inside it is cute, cozy, quiet, and quaint. Lots of seating and sleeping options.The table worked fine for us, but could be challenging if you want to have dinner with more than 4 people. The stairs were quite steep. Overall a good option for our hockey weeked:)”
