“We wanted to get out of the city for the weekend and this was a great spot for it. Nice views and very remote yet close enough to Carbondale that we didn’t feel like it was a big distance to hang out in town and pick up some grocery items. Had a great time kayaking on the on-site pond. Also very close to many nature trails including a 5-minute drive to Panther Den trailhead. Overall, I would definitely come back.”

“My partner and I had a perfect mini getaway at The Blue Heron cabin this past weekend. I would absolutely recommend this A-frame and already have! The cabin is remotely located on a very large piece of property that contains two other A-frames. This cabin in particular sits off to the side and is probably the most private of the three, although they are all very private. The cabin is very easy to find as there are signs that indicate where you need to go. I love that all three A-frames are...
