“We rented the house for our family Christmas get-together. We were after a place large enough for everyone to spread out, have personal space, gather together, eat and play games, and have fun. It met every box on our check list. The property was just as described if not even better! The living areas were absolutely amazing - each offering the most amazing view of wide open spaces, sunrise and sunset views! Plenty of room to spread out.Curtains were available where they were necessary....

“Came in town for a work party that evening. Very nice relaxing condo. Enjoyed the pool table and some down time. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub but it looked nice and clean.”

“Very clean. Kid friendly. Stayed while renovating our house and couldn’t have been more comfortable during what was otherwise a (personally) uncomfortable situation going on at our home. Many thanks for having us. ”

“Our stay was relaxing in that the home was spacious, It had a large kitchen,. and the beds were very comfortable. My only recommendation is that you purchase lots of pillows for the sectional sofa. The sofa was the deepest I've ever encountered and had practically no back support. We had t either pull in chairs from the living room or use pillows from the beds in order to sit comfortably in it. This is an easy fix.Overall, we had a great time!”

“My girlfriends and I loved our stay at the Wooded River Retreat in Delaware, OH. The home was delightful, warm and cozy. So many extra touches that made the home so lovely. Nancy had a nice bottle of wine for us upon our arrival. We walked the property and farm one day and spent some time in the town of Delaware. We highly recommend staying here in Delaware for your next vacation! ”

“Got together with two of our kids and their families for a zoo lights weekend. The house was spacious, beautiful and had so many perfect touches. The grandkids loved the kids playroom filled with so many toys, videos and books. We saw deer by the river! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas! We plan to make it an annual Christmas family trip. ”
