Apartamento de Lujo en la Puerta del Sol y junto a la Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real y los mejores Museos, Teatros y Comercios de la ciudad, Restaurantes, Tapas. Lógicamente perfectamente comunicado y cercano caminando a todos los lugares de interes de Madrid. Dispone de 1 Gran Dormitorio, 1 baños completo, gran Salon Comedor, Cocina. Se encuentra en la segunda planta es muy luminoso. El edificio cuenta con dos ascensores. Totalmente equipado para tu comodidad con: Aire Acondicionado y Calefacción, Smart TV, WiFi free 600 Mb Speed. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para el alojamiento de hasta 5 huespedes, ropa de cama, toalllas, vajillas, Lavavajillas, MIcroondas, Lavadora, Secadores de pelo, etc, para que te sientas tan comodo como en tu propia casa.Alquilamos este gran apartamento de 100 m2 recién reformado (Agosto 2016), techos altos 4m, soleado, céntrico y con mucho encanto y lujo. Está en la calle Marques Viudo de Pontejos en plena Puerta del Sol , centro de la ciudad, a un paso de los lugares más interesantes de Madrid. Es el apartamento perfecto si estás buscando un alojamiento de calidad , económico y tranquilo en el centro de la ciudad, para sentirte como en casa. Podrás ir a pie a la mayoría de lugares de interés de Madrid.

El APARTAMENTO – EQUIPAMIENTO

El apartamento está en el segundo piso de un edificio señorial CON ascensor . El mobiliario y toda la equipación es nueva, de calidad y diseño, . Se trata, por tanto, de un piso con todas las comodidades y es perfecto para descansar por la noche después de una larga jornada de turismo por la ciudad.

Todo perfecto ,el dpto es tal cual lo anuncian. Angel es un anfitrión bárbaro muy atento. Lo único que cambiaría sería el crujido del piso de madera.

Great place to stay... great location ... everything is so close
What a great place to enjoy Madrid for shopping, restaurants, museums and walking around... The apartment is quiet as is not facing the street which is a plus as it is a very busy being so close to plaza mayor and puerta del sol. Also the building is very secure.. Angel is such a great host and so helpful and so friendly... he also give us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift.. so kind ... could not recommended more ... I will definitely come back ... thank you angel... muchisimas gracias Angel .. hasta la proxima.

Lovely apartment, centrally located and with all amenities as described. An excellent location to take advantage of all Madrdi has to offer. Angel was great, check in and checknout were both without any issues at all.

Wonderful location
The apartment is in a close proximity to many well known attractions but is also on a quiet street that is clean and safe. We walked to almost everything we wanted to do and when we didn’t the metro was close, efficient and comfortable. The apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. We would stay here again.

Excellent location and apartment
This apartment is stunning - so close to the city, quiet and set up beautifully with everything you could possibly wish for, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Angel met us when we arrived around 8.30pm and explained everything to us. There was also plenty of information available in the apartment and Angel was available if we had any queries. We loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance of the heart of the city.

Perfect location
We had an absolutely lovely stay at Angel's apartment in Madrid. The location is amazing, within a short walking distance to plaza Mayor and many other lovely areas. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable and Angel even left us a delicious bottle of wine and a Coca Cola and snack for our son. He checked on us during the stay, had awesome recommendations, was very responsive to all communication and even set up our taxi for us on the day we left. We would love to return again! Simply Amazing!
Absolutely amazing stay at this apartment. It was clean and tidy and was perfectly located. The owner, Angel, was a most incredible host. He welcomed us, even though our plane was late. He gave us a map and circled many areas of interest. He also gave many restaurant suggestions. And he welcomed us with a wonderful bottle of wine. If we ever return to Madrid, this will be the one and only place we will stay.

Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for; cleanliness, comfortable bed, great water pressure for the shower, and walking distance to all the tourist attractions and excellent food restaurants to pick from. What made this stay extra special was the attentiveness of our host, Angel! He met us at the apartment, walked us through everything and even set up a taxi for us on our return! Perfect Choice for Our Stay
This apartment is impeccably clean and comfortable. It felt more like a home away from home than a rental. But the true star is the location. Everything we could possibly want to see or do was within easy walking distance. No need for taxis or buses – just a quick stroll and we were right in the heart of the action. And let's not forget the host! Angel were simply fantastic. Attentive and helpful, he made sure we had everything we needed and he offered great recommendations for landmarks and restaurants. Beautiful apartment
This apartment is nice in photos but better in person - immaculate, nicely designed and comfortable. There is plenty of natural light, but the windows open onto a utilitarian courtyard so there is no view (but also no street noise). We greatly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and highly recommend it. The hosts were kind, responsive, and provided assistance as needed.

Perfect location, great host
The location is excellent, within walking distance of Plaza Mayor and Plaza Puerto del Sol, metro, many restaurants and cafes, Christmas market and museums. The apartment is well-appointed with microwave, electric kettle, toaster, clothes washer and dishwasher. There is no dryer but there is a large drying rack which serves the purpose. The host is extra special. Angel kindly met us at the flat early so that we could drop off our luggage and then, let us know when we could return to a clean apartment before the regular check-in time. When we came back, there was a bottle of wine and a package of chips waiting for us. In addition, Angel provided a list of restaurants, markets and tapas eateries. He also kept in touch to see if we needed anything. He even arranged transportation for us back to the airport, which went off like clockwork. The apartment has a good shower, with hot water and great water pressure. The bed is comfortable and an extra blanket was provided. We gave the host and flat 5 stars but we could easily give both 6 stars if it were possible. We love Madrid and our stay was great.
