Luxury apartment with 108 m2, located in a pedestrian area in the most betautiful part of the down town in Madrid, in front of Royal Palace and 100 meters from Royal Opera House. Just very near of the Opera Metro, buses and taxi stop.
There are two balconies to the Square of Plaza de Ramales. It is very lightly and furnitured with Premium decoration.
The floor is made on natural wood and painting is in venetian stucco style.
A suite bedroom with a king size bed, a dressing room, a thermostatic shower with a drying place.
A full equipped kitchen with first brand home appliances.
The whole installation is robotic.
There is a safe-box.
Fine bed clothes.
Nespresso Coffee and bottle of wine as a cortesy for the guess.

The extra guest fee of € 90 gives the third guest the comfort of a bed located in a closed space and independent of the common rooms. It is separated from the kitchen, being a single room.

Wonderful 10/10 apt; Premier plus Host.
This beautiful, 10/10, centrally located apartment near the Palacio Real was perfect for our 5 night stay in Madrid. We are a couple from the US. Our host, Javier, was most gracious, meeting us at check in, orienting us to this modern, spacious apartment and providing us with valuable information and recommendations for restaurants, transportation and sights. He even treated us to a delicious bottle of wine from his family’s vineyard and provided kitchen staples such as coffee and milk. Javier was communicative, checking in on us throughly our stay. We were able to easily walk to all the sights and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to beautiful Madrid with day trips to Toledo and Segovia. We highly recommend this for a couple. Thank you Javier !

We had an amazing 4 days in Madrid! We walked and hiked and climbed many many miles throughout this beautiful city! Our host helped us with an incredible restaurant to experience paella. He was over the top helpful, kind, and new friend of ours! We will miss Spain!

Great host!
The apartment was advertised - updated, comfortable, great location for walking and Metro access. The host Javier went above and beyond, however, to make a great experience. This began with the apartment being stocked with “essentials” upon our arrival - bottled water, coffee, milk, beer, and wine made by his family. It extended to excellent recommendations for restaurants both in Madrid and Toledo, coffee bars, markets, etc. Javier even booked our early taxi upon departure. It was like having a personal concierge for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect Madrid stay
This apartment was perfect for the 3 of us on our week long stay. Perfectly situated and appointed, we had plenty of room, comfortable bedroom & couches with lovely touches and beautiful views day or night. Centrally located and easy access to the metro, Javier was the perfect host, accommodating our early arrival , treating us to breakfast and giving us an orientation. Of the area. He was attentive in helping us secure transportation, made excellent dinner recommendations & reservations for us and endured our trip and travels went smoothly. We’ll be back and would enthusiastically recommend this beautiful location to one and all!

Amazing stay
My husband and I loved staying in this apartment. Javier met us at the door to let us in and explain how everything works. He was very flexible with the times that we arrived to check in and when we were leaving at the end of our stay. The apartment was so relaxing! We loved people watching from the balconies. We were so excited to have an "American-sized" shower! So often in Europe, showers are very small, but not this one! Javier was a dream host-- he went over a map of the neighborhood with us to let us know places to eat or buy groceries. He made a reservation for us to a nearby restaurant called Casa Gallena that did not have online booking. He had recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint! Definitely our favorite meal in Madrid! The apartment is also in an ideal location- close to many popular spots, but not noisy or crowded. We cannot say enough positive things about the stay and the host!!!

Perfect!
Our entire stay could not have been better! Javier made the check in seamless. We were allowed to check in early after our long over night flight which was very appreciated. Javier met us immediately on arrival even though our flight was delayed. He was very prompt in communication during the entire process. The apartment was exceptional for my husband and me. The location was within walking distance or a short taxi/metro ride away from everything we wanted to do. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and Javier provided us with terrific recommendations. The apartment was quiet and the bed and linens very comfortable. We would have been happy to stay longer than 4 nights and would most definitely stay again.

Terrific time in Madrid
The location of the apartment is hard to beat. Just a couple minute walk to the subway and an easy walk to most of the most popular attractions in town. Javier was very welcoming upon our arrival and it was clear that he was very proud of his apartment. He was very generous, providing a bottle of wine from his small family vineyard and even left us a metro pass to use, if needed. About the only "downside" to the apartment was the beautiful, old hardwood floors that are ~190 years old, which means there is no chance to quietly move around the apartment. That said, we would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Excellent positioned, gorgeous apartment with exceptional host.
The apartment is contemporary, beautiful and exactly as pictured. The portraits on the black doors were missing but everything else is exactly as pictured. The apartment requires the ability to walk up one flight of stairs and is best suited for a couple or a couple with one (1) child. The apartment has a single bedroom with a king size bed and a piece of furniture that can easily convert to a twin size bed in the living room. Ours was a party of three that included a husband, wife, and seventeen (17) year old son. Our 6'1" son did just fine on the twin bed for three (3) nights. The apartment is very well positioned being a three (3) minute walk to the nearest metro stop (Opera) and can easily be accessed from the train station (Atocha). If arriving by rail you can catch the metro at Atocha, ride four (4) stops to Sol metro station, transfer trains and ride one (1) stop to Opera metro station. From the time you get off your train you can be at the apartment in thirty (30) minutes or less with minimal effort. The easy access to Atocha allows for a daytrip to Toledo which we did. In addition to the apartment being beautiful and very well positioned, it is owned and managed by Javier, a man rightfully proud of his apartment and enthusiastic to make your stay in his city an exceptional one. Javier was prompt with communication on WhatsApp prior to our arrival and during our stay, greeted us outside the apartment upon arrival, and made many great food recommendations.

Madrid Gem!
Gorgeous clean modern apartment in the best neighborhood in Madrid. Everything was perfect, from meeting our host at check in and being supplied with numerous wonderful suggestions to the convenient location and beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! Javier is gracious and generous and was always available for questions but never intruded on our privacy. Best vacation stay we’ve ever had!

Great host, fabulous location.
Apartment was exactly as pictured and described and our host Javier was very helpful, from booking a restaurant for our first night to recommending a beautiful cafe & other places to eat. He was so quick to respond to our messages. As others have mentioned, the floorboards are creaky so if you’re a very light sleeper this could be an issue. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!

If you. Want to have a carefree, comfortable stay in Madrid, this is the place!
Everything about this place, our stay there, and our interaction with our host was perfect. The location made getting around Madrid very easy. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and near everything one would need. The apartment was very comfortable, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Our host was there waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us suggestions for good food, good things to see, and was always available for any questions we had. This was hands down our best VRBO experience.

Perfect location; Lovely apartment
We enjoyed four nights in this perfectly located and recently renovated apartment. Upon arrival, Javier greeted us with delicious pastries and even shared a lovely bottle of wine with us during our stay. He was extremely responsive with communications including a request for dining recommendations. Our adult daughter joined us and slept on the day bed in the living area. Groups of three should know that access to the bathroom is through the master bedroom. This was not a problem for our family but since it's listed as 2-bedroom, I thought I'd mention it. Sometimes night noise can be an issue with apartments in the heart of the action, but the high quality of windows installed during renovations are nearly soundproof! We slept well and loved exploring Madrid from this beautiful apartment. Thank you, Javier, for making our stay in Madrid so special!

Wonderful location, place and host
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Javier is a very gracious host including having coffee, water , dessert and bottle of wine for us. The apartment is as described and well appointed -on a relatively quiet street but close to all of the action and behind the palace. The kitchen is well equipped although we did not cook while there. I highly recommend for a couple. If one has a third person in the party, one would be on a day bed in the living room and have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom. Javier was very flexible about check-in and let us arrive early from our transatlantic flight. He also personally walked us over to a wonderful cafe for breakfast. Rent with confidence.

Elegant Spanish apartment
My husband, college age daughter and myself stayed in this beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment for three nights. It was situated in the most ideal location-- very close to the Palace, the Cathedral, and many great places to eat. We also loved the neighborhood. Javier, our host , is a consummate pro who is full of good suggestions for places to eat, etc. He went out of his way to make both restaurant and taxi reservations for us. Modern gem
This property was recently renovated and is exquisitely furnished. The location is perfect, just about a stone’s throw from the royal palace. Javier, our host, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us great recommendations and even arranged a taxi for our departure. The only problem was that it was listed as a 2 bedroom, but there is only one bedroom. However, there was space for one person in the living room.

Great apartment, great location, great host!
Superb and apartment in Center City Madrid. A block from the Royal Palace and very close to all attractions in Center City Madrid. The place (and street) is quiet, the apartment is completely renovated and Javier, the host, is incredible. Javier was available for any questions, checked with us to make sure things were doing well during our stay, and brought for my birthday a Roscon de Reyes from a well-known bakery in center city. Highly recommend working with Javier and renting this beauty in the heart of Madrid. We will return!

Great Stay in Madrid
Freshly updated 1st floor apartment in the absolute best part of town. Walking distance of everything you could want or need, and very close metro stations if needed. If you have to drive into Madrid there is public parking a few hundred meters away (but parking is expensive). Our host, Javier was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is tastefully decorated and was perfect for our 3 day stay in Madrid.
