“The home was clean. It was nice that the home is secluded but in the midfle of everything Athens had to offer. It is an older home, but i liked that and really appeciated that there was an entire history of the cottage and the surrounding homes in the binder with checkout instructions.”

“House needs some help. Dishes are dirty and left in the dish washer from previous guests. The dishes available are random and unorganized. The pullout mattress is filthy, flat and covered in stains. I did not check other mattresses due to being scared what I would see. The mattresses did seem to be very old though. Furniture is very outdated and impossible to clean. Shower in the basement leaks. Paint is falling off and chipped. There is a wasp infestation living in the ceiling fan on the back...

“We met elderly parents and adult children for Labor Day weekend. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The two downstairs masters were great for my father-in-law with Parkinson's. Debbie was easy to communicate with and very responsive. There was an extra app that we had to download that made things a little confusing since all communication and information was shared on VRBO. ”

“We travel to the lake several times a year and this house has won the vote as BEST HOUSE by my family! The open concept was perfect for gatherings and all the rooms were very spacious. The flat yard was perfect to walk out to the water and the boat house was perfect for keeping our boat and jet skis. Arkadiy was very friendly and always available. We will definitely be back to this house!!! ”

“We absolutely loved this vacation home! It was located right on the lake at Lake Oconee. The location was easy to find and an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. The home was spotless and loaded with everything you could possibly need. We loved the screened porch, the fire pit, the lily pad, and the dock. We cooked on the grill two times. Check in was easy. Mark was wonderful to work with also!”
