“Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. ”

“Stayed in the lovely Ashtree Cottage for 2 nights for our niece's wedding in Skegness. Booking was so simple, Helen kept in close contact with us prior to arrival & met us at the cottage to show us around. The pool was just amazing and the cottage grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. Feels like you're really away from everything but in fact, only a couple of miles from restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. We used a local taxi firm (Coastline Cabs) who were great, reliable & reasonably priced....

“Wasnt impressed with decorating, paint all over headband n door frames n fittings even on caravan side grey paint should have been inspected looks like a child had decorated n blind in shoeer room covered in splashes of paint .”
