“The lodge was amazing, everything you could possibly need and more. Great quality furniture and fittings. Extremely clean and a sumptuous king bed. Very comfortable lodge. The walks around the reserve were great, loved the chickens, very cheeky! Will definitely be going back it’s a great relaxing hideaway. Thank you Barbara and Luke.”

“We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again”

“A lovely house which was perfect for our short family break. The house is completed to a high spec and the garden is very well maintained. The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay.”

“Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog. The place itself is just gorgeous, with free roaming chickens etc that you can feed. The stay in the coop was perfect - it was so peaceful and homely. “The property is ideal for access to.Mablethorpe and Skegness. The property is very clean and well fiiyed out. Tehe only things at fault was that the toilet wouldnt close therefore making difficult for privacy and the bed were a bit uncomfortable.Othrwise a well kept property”
