The space is conveniently located, warm, inviting and fully equipped with all supplies you may need. Kathy is communicative, accommodating and full of Loveland information. This is the perfect space for a small group or family, totally easy to navigate with kids. Highly recommend!!”

“My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!”

“We loved our stay at this private, cozy guesthouse in Lafayette! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, which made it feel like a true retreat. I stayed with a friend; she had the bedroom, and I took the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable! The space is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“1st VRBO experience. Everything was great except for the very steep stairs up to the carriage house. Not good for the mobility-challenged which we both are. Loved the many windows in the unit and the breezes coming through made sleeping enjoyable. ”

“This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working.”
