“Idyllic property, right on a gorgeous stretch of the Ausable River. Clean and comfy cabin with all that you need. We truly relaxed, spent a lot of time enjoying the river and the views. “We all had a nice stay at this cabin in October 2023. Some of the cabin highlights were the awesome fireplace that worked great inside the cabin that was vented really well! We purchased a lot of wood from Stewart’s (a convenience store) and had a fire going every eve. Plenty of hot water, five of us showering every morning, plenty of towels, etc.., everything for the kitchen you would need, we cooked 4 nights out of the 7. All in all it was a fun trip and we all enjoyed ourselves very much!!”

“The house was just the right size for our family - 6 adults and 1 child (aged 8). The property is very remote but if you plan your meals well, it works out just fine. Most of our time was spent on the upper deck lounging, in the water, or relaxing in the living /dining area with dinner in the garden. The hosts were very responsive and generous with answers to questions. A perfect week-long getaway. If there is any complaint it is that the mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were too soft.”
