“The property was exactly as described, very cozy and very clean. The sound of the lake, the quiet, the atmosphere, everything contributed to the overall peaceful sensation we enjoyed at the lake. The only downfall was that the check in process was a little stressful, as the exact checkin process was not described until we got into direct contact with the owner, who was very nice. But the local towns were very nice and friendly, including several nice lighthouses and tourist areas.”

“We have stayed 8 times since we found this little cottage 7 years ago!! Each time it's been so relaxing! The views are amazing! The sunsets are awesome! It's a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! We enjoy watching the ever changing lake Ontario, walking in the parks nearby, and all the nature surrounding the area! Cant wait to go back! ”

“We can't say enough about how awesome our stay was at the cottage. It was 6 men in their 50's who wanted a place to stay while for our fishing trip on Lake Ontario. Unfortunately, our fishing trip was cancelled because of high winds and lightning. That meant we had to spend more time at the cottage than we though. We had a blast sitting out back and just bein' boys. Being lake front was the best thing we could have done! We hope to come back next year!”

The cabin itself would have been amazing enough, but the trails, pond and river just made it that much more of an escape from the real world. The cabin is perfectly located between Niagara/Buffalo and Rochester. This allowed us easy rides to Niagara Falls, and two trips to Rochester to see the Red Wings play and go to the Planetarium. Hamlin State park was a nice location to swim as well. Overall, this was one of the top rated...
