“Highly recommended if you are visiting Lynchurg and looking for a place to stay that is close. The only issue we ran into was the code not working when we arrived. The owner picked up immediately when we called and we happy to assist. It turns out we were just a littler early. But he opened it anyway and was extremely friendly. It gave us are real peace of mind knowing someone was reachable that fast. But the house was perfect and no other assistance needed.”

“Cedar cabin was cozy and clean. Beds very comfortable. Great location to explore the Lynchburg area. Felt very remote but was so close to town. Host was very responsive. Loved the little extra amenities like coffee and supplies for outside fire/smores. Unfortunately, it rained both evenings we were there.”

“It was a quiet and lovely home to spend Christmas with the family. There is a bedroom and bathroom on every floor which made it convenient for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make all our meals and even a coffee maker which was perfect for all the coffee drinkers. The host was very easy to contact and gave clear instructions for a smooth check in and check out process. Everything exceeded my expectations and made it a memorable Christmas!”

“Our stay was very nice overall. House was clean and host was very communicative. Great views from the kitchen and the porch. My only complaint is that the lake was drawn down when visited (January), so the dock was sitting on dirt. The only critters within casting distance of the dock were squirrels. “My girlfriends and I wanted to get a cabin for a couple of days for a book retreat, and this place did not disappoint! We took a walk around the neighborhood, both solo as well as in a group, and everyone felt very safe. “We gathered with our adult children at this beautiful home and property for an early Thanksgiving and let me say, we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The house is newly remodeled and is so warm and inviting.
