Lake House family trip
My family and I stayed in the lake house for 4 nights and it exactly matched the description. The house was beautiful and so was the view of the lake. The kids enjoyed kayaking. Would definitely stay here again

Great Lake House!
The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The decks and dock were perfect for lounging by the lake and the kayaking was spectacular! Very quiet lake and neighborhood. Owner was easy to communicate with, would highly recommend!

Will be back!
This is a great, relaxing location with stunning lake views, both day and sunset. The house was very clean, well stocked with paper goods and, kitchen and DW soaps. Nice touches by property management with bottled water on each night stand and snack basket. Very responsive property manager to any questions or issues.

Fabulous lake getaway
Our family stayed in this adorable house on the lake this weekend. It was a perfect place to get ready to start summer! Close to so many things but so quiet on the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks very much and even lucked up and saw the Aurora Borealis! Definitely recommend for just about any group of people.

Peaceful and Beautiful lake view
We had a wonderful relaxing time at this home. The host made sure snacks and waters were there for the guests and every detail was covered. Plenty of room for family to have their own separate places to chill and enjoy a good movie or read. It was chilly outside so we couldn’t enjoy the lake but it was still such a peaceful experience. Beautiful Lake Lyman Getaway
My family could not have been more pleased with this beautiful Lake Lyman home! The home was perfectly accommodating in every way. We enjoyed having access to a fire pit and being able to sit on the boat dock and to take in the fall colors and beauty of the lake. We will definitely consider staying here again!

What a great time
My family had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed. Our favorite place was the deck. The view of the lake was amazing. Ms. Dickerson replied to my inquiry within the hour. Our experience was the highlight of our summer.

Lakefront Retreat
This property worked perfectly for our multi-generational family. Our parents were able to access the master on the first floor with minimal stair steps and still be able to enjoy the deck that overlooked Lake Lyman. The bottom floor was perfect for my husband and I - it had a queen bed, separate bath and living room area. Our younsters in their 20's took the second floor bedroom which also had a bath attached. We truly enjoyed this property, took the kayaks out every day and swam in the lake as well. The treed canopy gave nice cover to the soaring temperatures. We were able to drive to 3 state parks within 30-45 minutes and visited Greenville, Greer and Spartanburg. Overall - we had a great time!

Senior softball season!
This home exceeds all expectations! We came from Florida for my senior daughters last season of travel softball and wanted to make it memorable. We couldn’t have planned a better place for just that. Not only is the price extremely fair but it’s pet friendly and kid friendly. The kids had an incredible time on the lake and fell asleep to movies each night. The kitchen being stocked made cooking nice family meals each nice so easy! The dogs enjoyed running around back and forth on the dock. So thankful we took a chance and we will definitely be vacationing here again!

Awesome Experience

Perfect sunsets on the lake
We stayed for a few days to be near family and loved it! Our older dog walked down the hill on the side of the house and our younger dog wore himself out running down the stairs, out to the dock, and back up again lol! We used some coolers to block off the front walk entry which made the entire back of the house like a fenced in area, truly a vacation luxury as dog owners. The decks were fabulous for lake viewing and sunsets. The kitchen, baths, and laundry had everything we needed. Tv options all over the house. Would definitely stay again!

Loved Our Lyman Lake Getaway
We rented this property knowing nothing about Lake Lyman but we wanted to be on the water and close to a city that we liked. We looked in Michigan as we were all coming from various places in Ohio, however we found nothing that suited our group and was affordable. Brigitte was so responsive, positive and accommodating in my communication with her that I felt this was going to be ok. It was very late when we arrived and the area is dark, Beautiful to see the stars and the lights along the lake edge, but very difficult to find property for the first time. The house is tucked away and very deceiving because from the front it looks like a small cottage, but it simply explodes inside. It is just wonderful! The whole back is windows so you are looking at the lake all the time from the living area. It was perfect for 8 adults. We got up the next morning and it was just stunning to walk out to see the lake. We spent so much time on the porches and sunning on the dock and the kayaks were perfect entertainment for us! What a great treat to have! The nice touches of water bottles and toiletries in all the bedrooms was so special as well. The company is what made it perfect, it was our family and our future daughter-in-law’s parents who we love but don’t get to visit with often enough. There’s a November wedding coming, so lots to talk about. We got into Greenville multiple evenings for dinner and we love Greenville! Thank you for a wonderful getaway that we all really needed! We hope to visit again. We love Lake Lyman and this house!

Amazing Property
My Family and I had a fantastic experience! Check in was flawless, and the property was immaculate. The property was furnished with every amenity we could ask for. Oh, and did I mention the views from the deck are breath taking. We can't wait to return.

Lovely setting....
Enjoyed our stay. View of creek was lovely. Issues were there were only 3 paddles for the 4 kayaks so one person could not go. Map on VRBO was a bit deceiving. And quite a few of the glasses were chipped and wouldn't fit in the dishwasher. Aside from that the inside was clean and comfy. Outdoors could use some TLC-though I know its the end of winter weather and weather is iffy. I would stay here again.

Beautiful lake views
My college roommates and I spent a winter weekend together at the lake house. It was absolutely beautiful with the snow on the lake. We lost electricity due a few hours due to ice, but Brigitte was so helpful trying to make sure we were comfortable before and during the winter storm. She was very responsive to questions and offered many solutions for no electricity. We'll definitely be back, but probably in the summer to enjoy using the lake.
