“This hotel is lovely! The staff were all so kind and treated us very well. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby which was a nice surprise. Beds are very spacious and the AC was a godsend in the August heat. The only thing that is tricky is that the Zaandam train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the area is not very well lit. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and they keep the property very secure, but just as a note! Would still highly recommend - it is a great...
“The hotel has a great location with the Zaadam train station, the room is very spacious and comfortable.
The customer service is bad, when we arrived at the hotel, it had no customer service staff, it was chaos because of the Amsterdam marathon and we had no information about it.
They must improve communication, the internet and customer service. My experience was very bad.”
“La habitación estaba muy bien para tres personas. Tenía desayuno incluido hecho en el día, con fruta fresca y panes todavía calentitos. Esta en una localización muy tranquila y con un paseo cerca super agradable para ver el pueblo o dar un paseo tranquilo. Tiene un parking gratuito casi en frente. Si quieres visitar Amsterdam, esta a una media hora en transporte urbano, muy bien comunicado pues está al lado de la parada de autobús”

The check-in process is easy and modern. The staff was amazing, ready to help you with anything you ask for.
The Citizen M rooms and social areas are always modern and high tech. Food in their Bar/restaurant is very good and prices are reasonable.
