My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, and despite raising this with staff, no proper solution was offered. I requested a fan, which did very little to help in the heat, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed seriously.
In addition, there was a drainage issue with the shower water pooled around my feet while using it, making it unpleasant and unhygienic. I raised this too, but again, the response was dismissive and nothing was done.
Housekeeping also failed to service the room, which compounded the feeling that guest comfort simply wasn’t a priority here.
Between the faulty AC, poor drainage, lack of basic housekeeping, and unhelpful staff, the overall experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. This stay did not reflect the standard expected for the price, and I wouldn’t return unless clear improvements were made.
