“I have booked with VRBO for years. The booking said Ski in and out with a renovated surroundings. First … walking down 2 flights of stairs icy wooden walkway , across a icy parking lot, up a bank of snow and down in ski boots is not what I call ski in and out. Close to slopes is one thing! Second, my family cooks in for meals. The pots and pans were dirty and awful. Didn’t have enough silverware or glasses! Mattresses in master and second bedroom were old and uncomfortable. “We (3 friends, late 20s) stayed here for a ski weekend. We found that it was accessible and in a great location. We were there during a cold snap and the main living area was a bit on the cold side (due to another renter’s user error before our arrival the fireplace was not working) but the local management was super accommodating. They offered a discount for the fireplace and brought a space heater for us. They even extended our stay when our car battery froze, leaving us stuck until about noon...

“I do not have enough wonderful things to say about both this property and the owner. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach with any questions that we had leading up to and during our trip. The property is just as advertised on the listing. It is super clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It suited our group of 5 (3 adults and two young children) perfectly. The unit is a very short and manageable walk across the parking lot to the ski slopes. We will certainly be back again!”

“Visited for a weekend with the family to ski at Okemo. Great space for the whole family to enjoy before and after skiing. Super clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Location is central to everything and very close to the mountain. We would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“This is our second time staying here (2 adults/2 teens) and it’s perfectly situated to hop on the lift that connects to other lifts on the mountain. At times it feels like the lift is all your own/sparsely populated even during a high season school vacation week. Outdoor hot tub is a bonus. Owner is super responsive. Love this place and will be back!”

“The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. The condo comes with two parking passes but we had a third card as the condo accomodates 10 people. I asked vacasa where a 3rd car could park...
