On recommande cet hotel !

4 nuits a Lucca. L'hotel possede un parking gratuit tres pratique. Tout se fait a pieds, l' hotel est proche du centre historique et de l'office de tourisme. On a egalement loue des velos a 10mns de l'hotel. Notre appartement etait tres spacieux. Un petit souci de wifi mais rien de grave. Un super accueil du gerant extremement disponible et a l' ecoute. Super sejour a Lucca. Nous reviendrons sans hesitation

Hotel a emplacement formidable

Il y avait des réparations à faire et qui n'ont pas été fait à la salle de bain A part çà tout a bien passé malgré que le responsable qui est très gentil n'etait pas très disponible Mais en tout cas c'est un bon hôtel

Fint leilighetshotell. Koselig og hjelpsom fyr som driver stedet. Snakker perfekt engelsk. Bra størrelse på rommet. Dusjen er en vits, det drar ned helheltsinntrykket noe dessverre. Ligger litt utenfor bymuren i Lucca, 5 min å gå til porten ca.

Great deal!

Cheap and nice Place that served all Our needs. Large well equipped and clean rooms. Nice District - Walking diistance to the city centre. Good parking accomoodations. Nice service availbale by phone after hr. 19

Lucca Hotel

Great location in fantastic walled city of Lucca. Just a couple of blocks from the entrance through the wall to Lucca. Room was very large, had a kitchen and was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful, and did everything we asked. Would stay again! Loved non-touristy Lucca.

Pænt og velplaceret lejlighedskompleks.

Godt lejlighedskompleks tæt ved bymuren,sjældent åbent i receptionen, men nem at kontakte per telefon, og så var hjælpsomheden stor.

Hotellet lå i passe gang avstand til sentrum og det var rent og ryddig der. Godt med plass inne, men noe redusert utvalg av kjøkken redskaper.

Easy 10 mins walk into walled city. Studio was a good size and had all usual ameneties. Quite basic furniture and shower was very small even though bathroom was a good size. Balcony looked out onto drab apartments. Easy parking right outside so it was convenient. It was a bit odd that reception was not manned until 3pm which meant we had to leave key in door as we had not been told what to do with it. Would stay again for price and closeness to city.

Hard to fault

Lovely, well appointed rooms. Good quality fittings and bedding. This is only around 4 years old and is in great condition. The manager, Claudio, was welcoming and speaks fluent English and French and German. Useful to know. If I have to find fault, it is that the office never seemed to be manned and we left without receiving an invoice. Aside from that, we would stay again and recommend it 100% especially to families with elderly relatives or with young children.

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO

Siamo stati solo una notte e quindi non siamo riusciti a sfruttare a pieno la nostra camera, ma posizione, comfort, ampio parcheggio e disponibilità del personale eccellenti. Consigliato.

Nice stay in Lucca

Nice hotel with great rooms, a 5 min walk from the old town centre of Lucca. Great greeting by a very helpful hotel owner. On site parking was a bonus..!

Nice studio close to walled town of Lucca

Very pleasant studio,clean and bright in good area. Staff helpful and pleasant. Flats private and secure,but not isolated. Kitchen area could be better equipped, but big fridge and also dishwasher. Would return and recommend.

Bra läge...

... fem minuters promenad från Luccas mur. Supertrevlig ägare som på utmärkt engelska gav oss all information man kan tänkas behöva och dessutom ganska mycket mer. "Hotellet" är en lägenhet, alltså ingen frukost. Däremot bra wifi.

chambre très confortable

Plutôt bonnes, l'accueil a été très chaleureux, l'emplacement par rapport au centre ville idéal, quartier relativement calme et parking. Proche de l'autoroute sans en entendre le bruit et idem pour le centre ville accessible à 5 mn à pied.

Bon rapport qualité / prix

Je recommande pour l'intérieur des chambres propre, spacieux, récent et bien équipé. Personnel agréable, parlant français. Clean rooms, large surface area, well furnished. Recent interior. The environment is OK. Ca 5 min walk from inner city. A convenient place and good value for money.

Flott hotell og god service!

Stedet har insjekk mellom 1500 og 1900 på dagen så var litt bekymret da vi fant ut det da vi landet på flyplassen i nitida, ankom ikke hotellet før i halv ellevetiden, men det viste seg å ikke være noe problem i det hele tatt, da eieren kom syklende på to min varsel. Stedet har stor og romslig p-plass, rommene var store, rene og komfortable. Hotellet ligger 5 min gange fra byporten.

Water in our Amarone wine

Happy to find the hotel where four roads are named Tagliate... We were welcomed by the receptionist. The room was nice with aircondition, very usefull in the hot July. In general we were satisfied BUT unfortunarely we had an dissapointing experience as some one had added water to our just opened Amarone wine. We had emptied a nice Brunello wine the day before and just wanted to try a little taste of the Amarone to compare and it was wonderful. Next evening would enjoy this wine, and firstly it was hard to open, secondly there was more "wine" in the bottle and worstly - it was a mix of water and some Amarone leftovers. I informed the receptionist and wanted to be informed what they would do about it. Three days later leaving early in the morning we were never contacted. Not very professionally.

God og hurtig modtagelse - man føler sig hjemme. Dejligt med egen parkeringsplads når man er på bilferie.
