Este ático condominio 1.500 sq. Pie se encuentra en la 5ª planta con vistas directas al mar, párese en sus 1.500 sq. Ft. Terraza amueblada, sentarse y ver los barcos de cruceros navegan por. Este cuarto de baño completo 2 dormitorios, 2 cuenta con encimeras de granito en todo. La cocina gourmet incluye 'Perfil' electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera, horno, cafetera, tostadora y licuadora. La cocina está totalmente equipada con ollas, sartenes, platos, vasos, cuencos, utensilios de cocina, vasos de martini, etc. La unidad incluye una lavadora / secadora, plancha, DVD, sillas de playa, sombrillas y toallas de playa. Relájese en la sala de estar y se hunden en nuestro sofá de cuero italiano. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un colchón de látex rey. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio que también se puede convertir en dos camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado. Ofrecemos una gran variedad de juegos de mesa. El sofá es de gran tamaño, pero no es un sofá.

Great place for a weekend getaway.
Booked the property for a weekend getaway with my wife. We were absolutely blown away by the location, amenities and views. Loved the easy beach access, and Gail was a phenomenal host with clear and easy check in instructions. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful property, Spectacular views
This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The condo is comfortable and set up nicely. The two outside patio/decks are great for morning coffee, cocktails and watching sunsets. Location is perfect.

Amazing penthouse condo, and the host went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed for our vacation! The 2 rooftop terraces were perfect for outside dining, relaxing and watching the spectacular sunsets! Access to the pool and private beach were only steps away!Sharon, at the security gate was very friendly and always greeted us by name!

This condo was just as advertised. Beautiful views, very clean and well stocked. Conveniently located to beach and many choices for dinner. Pools were great and the beach was fun. We would definitely go back. We have been to St. maarten 5 times and stayed at the rainbow club twice. People are very friendly and the girls at the front gate were wonderful. Suggest putting a guest book in the condo. It's nice to see where other like to go. Overall an awesome experience.

Another. Amazing stay at thw Spectacular. Penthouse
Once again we had an absolutely incredible stay. We always feel like we are coming home when we stay here. The condo and grounds are always well maintained, clean, and everyone is so friendly. We have made lifelong friends that we consider family. The host ensures essential amenities are always available. They continue to make upgrades and improvements to ensure a worry free relaxing stay. Questions and issues are handled quickly and effectively. Being able to eat meals on the patio, grilling on the upper terrace and watching the beautiful sunsets with unobstructed views from either terrace round out our highlights .This was 3rd stay in this condo, and we will continue to stay yearly as there is no better place on. The island.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views
This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. It is simply amazing! The outside views from every angle were breathtaking. The condo was very clean & spacious. It was equipped with everything you need in a home, including lots of spices & condiments in the frig, as well as a welcome bottle of champagne. The outside of the unit was even more amazing. The amount of space you have is incredible. With a hot tub, comfortable lounge chairs, an outside dining table & a double lounger, which was very comfortable. The outside upstairs had a very large bar with a grill, which we used once & wished we would have used it more. There is also a huge sitting area. We woke up every morning enjoying the water view from the bed in the bedroom. The master bathroom was large with the shower & toilet in a separate room. There was lots of closet space & dresser space for our clothing. There were plenty of towels & sheets for our use as well. There is a second bedroom with plenty of room & closet space with a separate bathroom which was also accessible from the hallway. There is also a really nice stacked front-loader washing machine & dryer in a closet in the hall which was very convenient. The kitchen was open to the living room which was very large and had views of the water at every turn. The owner Gail was easy to communicate with & was very accommodating. The location is great, the place is absolutely amazing. The owners take excellent care of their property. We will definitely return.

Penthouse in Paradise - Cupecoy
My wife and I had our best Caribbean vacation at the Paradise Penthouse in Cupecoy! We stayed 5nights (April 19-24th) during later part of carnival. It is totally worth every penny and I would pay more if need be to get this place again! The penthouse added so much to an already great vacation location (took it to 150%). From the view, private beach (one of beast beaches on the island) to the furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, bottles of rose and beer in the fridge…it was perfect. We explored the whole island and coming back home was the perfect start and end to our day. The owners clearly use the space when not rented because they provided everything one could imagine needing on a vacation. Unit is very clean. Here are some key takeaways: Wonderful private beach with caves in the cliff and clear blue/green water. You can snorkel right there and I saw around 100 fish each day around 20 feet offshore All necessary beach equipment. Market is 50yds from front door. Gourmet fridge with great icemaker and bucket of ice ready to fill a cooler for your car and the beach. All condiments and spices you may need if you want to cook (we did not cook a single thing but warmed up leftovers in oven and microwave). Modern, beach vide to the décor. Very classy and comfortable. Modern kitchen, granite countertops and modern appliances.Great air conditioning, showers, quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner Quality bath towels and plenty of beach towels

I cannot tell you how much we loved this property! It is amazing. It is even better than the photos and they are pretty awesome. The location, view, amenities were all top notch. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance along with a great kitchen and grill to make your own meals. Gail was great and very responsive to my questions. Would love to come back here again.

Exceeded our expectations!
Posh and positioned just steps from a private, secluded beach, We absolutely loved our stay here! We enjoyed the amenities and pool as well. The 'villa' was beyond words - the views from either of the expansive patios was simply beautiful! Especially comforting was the constant safety, security and friendliness of the staff. We have stayed at some nice VRBO's over the years but have to say that this was one of the nicest! If you enjoy sunsets and privacy, you will love your stay at the Rainbow Beach Club!

Absolutely wonderful!
Can't say enough great things about this place. We loved everything about it. The outdoor space was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets and views of the water. We loved being about to grill a couple of meals on the rooftop deck. Good communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Best Beach On The Island
The beach has cliffs, rocks, great sand, colorful water and sunsets. It feels like it is a private beach. If the waves get too high just move around the rock to the left and you will find more beach. To us, this is better than being packed into a beach club. The property is more amazing in person than in the photos. Cupecoy is also the nicest area on the island. Other areas on the island are still recovering from the storm. Loved the dining options at nearby Porto Cupecoy. We went to many of the popular places on the island but always looked forward to coming back to the beauty of our accommodations. We had a great vacation.

Beautiful condo
We rented this condo for a week and wish we could have rented it our entire stay. What a beautiful condo. So well appointed. Quality appliances, abundant linens, plenty of beach towels and a beautiful outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the ocean and all of the activities. This unit had two patios to allow you to do this. The beds were very comfortable. Loved having a king size bed. Plenty of storage for your clothing between closet and dresser. Check in was very easy and the electronic lock is so nice. Not having to worry about where the key is helps tremendously. The outdoor kitchen was an added bonus which we took advantage of. The unit was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. We hope to return again in the future. This unit was top notch. The host is very responsive to messages and seems to really care about the people renting their unit. I cannot say enough nice things about this property!!

Return Guests-Amazing Property-Amazing Hosts
This is our second stay in the Cupecoy Penthouse. We had an incredible stay. The property was just as amazing as the 1st time. The unit was stocked well with all of the necessities to start our vacation including drinks and basic toiletries. The property has great snorkel gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler which was great as we didnt need to travel with ours. The views are magnificent! We hosted a family Thanksgiving dinner on the terrace and which was loved by all (our familiy was jealous of our accomodations) we grilled on the terrace several times. The double lounger on the lower terrace is comfy (we even slept on it one night to listen to the cochi frogs and the waves). I wish we could rate this property higher than a 5 as it is a 10 in our book! We will definitely stay again!

Further the care and concern of the owners for their property and for their guests is evident and reassuring. We rate this with a big A+. I can't recommend this property highly enough. The images only just do justice to the reality - it really is as good as it looks. It's location was perfect because you are near amenities, like an excellent corner shop/mini supermarket, pizza place, French bakery as well as being able to view one of the pools and part of the beach from the apartment, with excellent opportunities to see beautiful sunsets. The supplies in the condo, as others have mentioned, are the. most extensive we've ever come across. I brought a Moka pot but there probably was one there since there really was everything else and not just in the kitchen You could make a quick salad, a 4 course meal or bake a cake! Bathrooms had everything you could want - not just a selection of soaps, shampoos, and conditioners but alongside the hairdryers were straighteners and other hair products. Beach towels, regular towels, deck chairs and parasols (to take to the beach), snorkelling equipment in addition to all the seating areas both inside and outside. The external spaces are wonderful and I loved practicing yoga out there. The equipment was first class - oven, hob, fridge/freezer (I'm missing the ice cubes since I don't have that on my home freezer), toaster etc. as wells the washing machine and dryer. There's a printer if you need to print off your boarding passes as well as all the usual things you would have at home in the drawers from pencils, sellotape, batteries and a bluetooth portable speaker! And the to make things really easy the owners are friendly and helpful whenever you need them - not intrusive but always make you feel you can contact them about anything.

pleasure trip
this location was perfect for us. the condo has an amazing view and walking distance to great food. we travelled all over the island and preferred our location the best. our favorite no fuss eatery was "the pizza lady" at IN and OUT. best shawarma in town and great pizza.
