“It was clean, good area, good communication. Once we got the hang of the streets, Cape Coral beach was quite nice.”

“My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at this property. View was beautiful, it was very basic, clean and met our needs perfectly. It’s very easy to get to and a great location for walking by around. Property owner/manager was very responsive with our questions and made the check in and out process incredibly easy. “There was good communication and a cleanly place, worth the price and I would stay again. It's good for a place for sleep or rest. Not set up for any work station and only basic kitchen need for cooking (such as a hotplate.) but found it hard to work on computer and I wouldn't be cooking. So it was fitting enough and would stay again.”

“This neighborhood location with a pool is very convenient to downtown Fort Myers, the river, the Edison museum, and McGregor Boulevard. It is not large, has just one bathroom, but the unheated pool is very ice and close by the back door. Parking is good, too and the kitchen is small, convenient and works well. ”

“My wife and I were spending time with our family at another rental, but we wanted our own space to sleep and shower. This property was perfect for our needs. Despite the hot weather, it stayed nice and cool in there, which I need while sleeping. It was comfortable and clean. No complaints. Thanks for the stay!”
