NuLu Loft
The property itself was clean and was clearly recently renovated. It’s definitely a loft and there’s lots of stairs. The property is very close to lots of attractions and it’s an easily walkable area. Being in the downtown, two blocks from a rescue mission, visitors will need to deal with the homeless population. Parking is either at a meter right outside the front door, or around the corner behind the building.

Great stay at Louisville Loft!!
We were two couples that really enjoyed our down time from touring the local distilleries at the loft apartment. Well stocked kitchen equipment and very comfortable living space. We would recommend the flat to our friends.

Best spot in Louisville
This place was perfect. Super clean, easy to check into, we walked to everything in downtown Louisville. Parking was super easy with the street parking out front and the lot out back. Will absolutely stay here next time we are in town.

Nice and Spacious
My family of four had a very enjoyable stay at this TWO STORY loft. Very clean and bright with great sunlight coming through floor to ceiling windows. Kitchen was well stacked. We were a walking distance to Louisville downtown, the NuLu (New Louisville) vibrant district, and the parks near the Ohio river. Street parking outside was plentiful and free from 5 PM to 10 AM.

Cool place in NULU
Great location, cool place. Short walking distance to downtown. Check out the bar “Franks” next door for different nightly attractions-we had fun watching an open mic night for comedians. Be aware there is no door on the 2nd bedroom. Overall good place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located property for exploring downtown and surrounding areas. Only downfall which was minor, is the property did not have dedicated parking and surface lot behind property was fee based. Overall great place!

Beautiful Condo, but the walls don't go to the ceiling
We had a wonderful weekend on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail! The condo is beautiful and it's a quiet building, inside. However, the walls of the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling and there no door on the bedroom right at the top of the stairs, so forget privacy if you have more than one couple, you may not want to stay here. Also, around midnight on Saturday night we were woken up by extremely loud drag racing. This went on until about 130 a.m. when we heard sirens. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the things you need. The neighborhood is great for walking to downtown distilleries and restaurants and overall we had a wonderful time!

Booked the stay for Thursday - Sunday. Place was fantastic, great location and close to the night life. Plenty of room for everyone. Overall a great experience. Would 100% recommend.

Really Nice Place
Property was as described. Really cool architecture. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bourbon. Also close to the airport which makes for an easy ride to and from. Very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Creaky floors but thats a part of the "charm". We really enjoyed our stay.

We will be back!
Loved this property! Just as pictured. Great location. Bryan has clear and fast communication, he’s a pleasure to work with. Can be a little loud with the creaky hardwood (beautiful) floors, and the walls of the bedrooms upstairs do not reach the ceiling, and the bedroom closest to the stairs doesn’t have a door - but we really weren’t bothered much. Very clean. A great stay fir a visit to Louisville!

A 50th birthday to remember
We had a fantastic time here. The best part was Frank's Whiskey Place on the same block. The home is beautiful, stylish and comfortable. The only down side was that the bedroom walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling and one of the rooms doesn't have a door to the hallway, so privacy is lacking. Not a big problem if you're traveling with people that you're cool with.

Great space and location
Property is clean, spacious, and very well decorated. Location could not be any more ideal as well as it was right in between the two major parts of Louisville we wanted to visit. Definitely within walking distance of most major stops and some great food options close by as well. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Great place for big family
Loved the modern unit. We had crying children which reflects horid thru the top loft. Just don't bring crying babies and this place is bad a$$. Better than pictured, fully stocked kitchen, 2 levels (no outdoor access), games, books and more. Nice location in downtown LV.

Great Location
Great location for an event at the Louisville Slugger field! Cool modern industrial building. Only downfall was that one bedroom does not have a door and you have to walk past that room to go downstairs. Ceilings are open as well. Luckily it was two couples who are pretty close. If we weren’t it would be a bit awkward.

Kentucky Warehouse Condo Awesome!
Place was large lots of room for sure. Very clean and tidy! The bedrooms were large and the walk-in Showers were amazing. A few steps to walk up but good for your health. Very Quiet Neighborhood and property. Very close to all amenities! Definitely stay here again. Thanks Bryan!
