Esta adosada perfectamente situado en el distrito histórico más importante de Louisville, El Cherokee Triángulo. Está justo al lado de nuestra otra casa unifamiliar, idénticos, y está a sólo dos minutos a pie de restaurantes excelentes, cafés, tiendas y clubes.

Acogedora chimenea de gas, cocina totalmente equipada y ropa de cama de muy alto final para una mejor experiencia de casa.

La casa es de 1550 pies cuadrados. En la primera planta está la sala de estar, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y medio baño. La sala de estar tiene dos sofás cama Stearns & Foster, una gran mesa de vidrio con capacidad para hasta ocho personas y una chimenea de gas. En el segundo piso hay un dormitorio de matrimonio con baño completo y un lavadero totalmente equipado Aunque hay una total privacidad, el dormitorio del segundo piso tiene una halfwall que da a un extremo del primer piso de la sala. El tercer piso tiene un enorme dormitorio de matrimonio con zona de estar y baño privado completo sentado. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble de tamaño. El tercer baño de piso tiene una ducha de gran tamaño con cabezales de ducha en cada extremo.

Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ', la sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana más grande encima de la chimenea. Por supuesto, no es por cable y wifi en todo.

Ropa de cama de calidad superior y 400 hilos sábanas hacen muy cómodo para dormir!

La cocina si está amueblada con una estufa de gas, lavavajillas, microondas, refrigerador / congelador de tamaño completo, cafetera, molinillo de grano de café, batidora, ollas, sartenes, utensilios y platos / cubiertos para ocho personas.

El barrio está lleno de hermosas casas históricas, hermosos parques y múltiples puntos de referencia nacionales. Cena de lujo es 1/2 cuadra de distancia, las opciones más casuales como pizza, sushi, hamburguesas y tales son todos a una manzana o menos.

Great Stay In the Highlands
We came to Louisville with our adult son for a few days. The listing was exactly as described, great comminication with the owners. Very easy check in. The rental was very clean, comfortable and walking distance to many resturants, bars and shops. The amenities were perfect, plenty of towels, kitchen stocked if you wanted to cook a meal. Easy parking also. Thanks for a great stay!

Ideal stay on all levels!
The townhome was perfect for our stay! My husband and I came with our two boys (6 and 9) visiting from Michigan for a USTA (trampoline and tumbling) National Competition. It was 20 min from the competition site and super convenient if we wanted to head back and rest in between activities. TONS of restaurant options and lots of unique stores within walking distance. Truly ideal for our stay. The townhome was beautiful! Perfectly clean, nicely furnished and the bathroom with two shower heads - SO COOL! King beds were comfy cozy and lots of options to watch television and chill in a bedroom or main living area! Cannot say enough good about this place. Communication with property manager was super easy and they were very responsive. Great all around!!!

Nicely done property right in the center of all the fun of Baxter/Bardstown Rd. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. You could stay here and never use your car. All amenities provided and well-maintained.

The property was incredibly clean. The beds were comfy and the showers had good pressure. The location is within a great mix of restaurants and bars. Be prepared for a lot of nighttime street noise, but the owners have prepared by offering sound machines in each room. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed while in town to attend PGA Championship at Valhalla. The place was great for our group - everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. Three neighborhood was great with multiple pubs within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay
Deidre was the perfect host! The place was spotless and perfect for 2 couples. Two master bedrooms, one on each level. And each with its own full bathroom. Great amenities. Perfect location to walk to for quick bites to eat. Some city noise on Saturday night, but we were so exhausted from the bourbon trail that it really didn't bother us. Thanks for everything! We would book again!

Gateway to the Bourbon Trail
The last couple of years I've wanted to take a trip to visit some distilleries on the bourbon trail. I booked our tour through Bourbon Excursions which checked all of the boxes but needed to find a place to stay. Once I decided to pull the trigger I needed to find a place that would accommodate all of us. I searched many listings and zeroed in on this place. It had everything I wanted and what I didn't realize was that it was conveniently located to restaurants and bars. The host was great and took care of us providing coffee and other amenities to help shake off the morning cobwebs. If you're looking for your bourbon adventure or just want to take in more of what Louisville has to offer, this is a great place to book for your stay.

Fantastic location!!
The location of this townhouse was amazing! You are literally 100 steps from the bars and restaurants. The floor plan with each bedroom having a King bed and private bathroom was nice. Super bonus: The gated covered parking!! Will definitely be staying here again. If you are there for the Bourbon Trail, check out Bourbon Excursions. They were professional, informative and so MUCH FUN!!

Thanksgiving in Louisville, KY
Townhouse was as listed. Needs a refresh of paint and furnishings. Fans and air vents needed dusting. Parking a truck or large SUV is difficult. Area is great for easy access to restaurants and bars, but too noisy for an extended stay. Alleys need to be cleaned and kept clear of trash by residents.

Very nice property in an active neighborhood. It was great to be able to just walk out the door to a local restaurant or pub. Jack Fry's was great on our first night there! It was easy to Uber downtown from there. Very clean and nice property. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great location with tons of amenities
This place was fantastic! The location is super walkable to so many bars and restaurants and close to everything in Louisville. The free gated parking was a huge bonus and the place itself was well stocked and had tons of space. It was a tad noisy being so close to the busy road and night life, but not terrible. They even had little snacks and water for us on arrival. The communication was great and I would totally book this place again on our next stay in Louisville.

Great last minute trip.
This was a last minute lucky find! My Daughter and I decided to take a trip to Louisville on a Saturday and left Pennsylvania the following morning. No plans, no ideas, went into it completely blind. When we arrived we were both shocked with the rental. It was better than the description! The beds were soft, kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were very clean, towels were incredible. The recommended restaurants were great we felt safe walking everywhere we went. There are a handful of distilleries in Louisville, we ubered for $8. Overall a great rental and would choose it again in a second! Thanks!

Bourbon Trail
The condo was in a perfect location if you're going on the Bourbon Trail. It was centrally located to our destinations. The only downfall to this condo was the seating area in the den/family room. There's just one sofa and one chair. It was not comfortable with four individuals sitting around watching TV. Otherwise, the condo was perfect. Great location to walk to places to dine.
