House Right on the Gulf - Amazing!
This is a real find. A house right on the beach in Johnson Bayou! We were always in text contact with the host if we needed anything. The view of the Gulf is from the balcony or inside. The town of Johnson Bayou is very quiet and safe. The interior of the house is unique and very clean and neat. I would love to come back and stay longer!

Lovely Beach House!
Amazing stay! The home is just precious and feels like home the moment you enter. We found the home to be so very comfortable, pristinely clean, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Lovely host, Karen was a delight to communicate with, so very thoughtful and considerate. Would love to stay again!

Amazing vacation
We had the absolute best time at this home. Messaging the owner was like texting family. Kathy was absolutely the best. The home was soooo clean, with a note and bottle of wine waiting for us. The beach, catching crabs, sitting in the hammock, collecting shells on the beach...could not ask for a better vacation. We will definitely be back.

Best rental ever!!
We had a wonderful time . This rental met all our expectations and then some ! House was very clean . Kathy was so easy to get hold of and she even left us a welcome bottle of wine ! Very sweet . Kitchen had everything possible that you would need to cook with ! Location was great !! . Right across the street from the beach . You can ride your side by side in that area along the beach also. People don’t hesitate to book this property. You will Love it !

Beach Stay
We had a great stay. Morning walks on the beach. Coffee on the porch and hanging out under the house was all great. Awesome location and probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Looking forward to booking the same house for next years Go Topless. We give it a 50 out of 5 Rating !

Hidden Gem
Great place to spend time with kids and grandkids. Beach right across the road. The grandson wore poor old Grammy out on the beach for sure!The house is roomy, one of the most comfortable we have stayed in. Kathy has always been accommodating with flexible check in and out dates if available. Sometimes you just don’t want to leave!

Absolutely loved this secluded piece of heaven. Beautiful beach with stunning views and an Absolutely wonderful cottage. Cottage was very spacious and set up wonderfully for our family. With no need to leave, we enjoyed seeing the dolphins playing, shrimp boats, crab fishing and pole fishing (with great success), swimming and sea shell seeking. There are so many awesome sea shells along the coast there. Kathy had the home stocked and so comfortable for us. Praying we make it down from Michigan in the near future to enjoy this beautiful retreat again! Thank you Kathy for the memories!

First, let me tell you Kathy was wonderful. She was helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. The only thing I found uncomfortable was too many personal items left in the home. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house instead of renting my own home. However, a friend is what I found in Kathy so I will stay again.

Amazing place you will return to!
From the beginning, Kathy was very easy to communicate with. The Beach house is one of the most comfortable we have stayed at. Very clean and roomy, everything you need for an extended stay. It has a million dollar view,with a nice beach to roam around on with the kids. If you like to fish, wade fishing or just fishing from the beach can be fun. I have already booked the next trip this spring! Thanks Kathy, for being a wonderful host.

5 Star Hosts; 5 Star property! This IS the best kept secret. Next time I’m bringing my sexy wife and leaving all them grown kids at home, (they did have a great time). Nice beach! Lovely mornings watching birds, peaceful afternoons, beautiful sunsets. Great kitchen, nice living room, handy workspace on ground level. Loved it.

Not a Secret anymore!
This place was wonderful! Perfect! It was so clean and comfortable. The owner was super nice. The camp came with extras....coffee, sugar, baggies, soap, etc... The owner left us ice cream, candles and a little bottle of wine to help celebrate our birthdays. We caught crabs right in front at the beach. It was quite there. Breeze all day long. We plan on coming back again. Wish it slept more than 7 so I could take my kids and grandkids. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing weekend getaway
