“What a great stay! My daughters said it was the best place we stayed on our whole trip, and wish we stayed longer. We loved the remote location and beautiful setting. It is just a short walk past fields of grazing sheep and cows to Carrowinsky Strand, which is a stunning beach. The owner provided a packet with helpful information in nearby Louisburgh. The easiest way to find the property is to follow directions to Carrowinsky Strand and the house is on the left side about 800m from the beach. If...

“Excellent house to use for family and friends. Excellent restaurants within short walking distance the beautiful Conamara national Park is also within walking distance and provided a spectacular background. Excellent hosts. Would definitely come back again.”

“Clifden is a lovely little town. The place was much bigger than expected and we all had plenty of space to stretch out. We did have a snafu with one of the internets, but it was explained that the place downstairs is remodeling and likely cut the line. The other WiFi worked great! Shower pressure was a little light, but nothing that was terrible. Overall, we would definitely rent this place again and stay for much longer next time in Clifden!!”

“This property met our needs and was chosen as dog friendly. Dog didn’t end up coming thankfully as garden was not sufficiently secure. Excellent location, Connemara coastal area is stunning, plenty to occupy, food and drink perfect. However, a couple of points: Heating noise disruptive Kitchen floor needs attention Better garden furniture required 13.5 duvet too hot in July!”
