Perfect home for us
we were 2 couples staying in the santa monica area with a car and this was perfect for us. We could walk to whole foods and trader joes and drive to beverly hills, dinners on the beach, shopping etc. Home was super clean and very comfortable. Highly reccommend!!

It was unbelievable peaceful! It's only a block off of Wilshire Ave, near Whole Foods, and you'd think it would have been noisy, but it was very, very quiet. It was an absolute haven for our group at the end of a long day. The place was spotless and they've thought of every detail. I don't have even one negative thing to say. I had the master suite, with it's gorgeous lighting, high ceiling and giant bathtub. It was all so comfortable and comforting to come back to during a rather stressful week. Felt like home!

We LOVED this home!! It felt so quaint. The rooms were so cute, and the beds were very comfortable!! Kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities too as we did some light cooking for breakfast. Location was central to a lot, and a short walk away from Whole Foods for groceries!! Anywhere we needed to go was a short drive away too so that was a plus. Host was super sweet, and ensured our stay was comfortable. 10/10 recommend and will book this place again if I return to Santa Monica! Fit my family of 4 perfectly.

They thought of everything
We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. The owner and manager of this property thought of everything. The house was spacious, fully stocked, clean, updated and everything worked perfectly. It is well located, within walking distance of restaurants, stores and a Whole Foods. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun with family
The house is exactly as described and perfect living space for the six of us who stayed there. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all of my questions right away. We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Beautiful home and wonderful stay
We walked in the door and both said “wow”! The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. TV’s in all bedrooms, living room and family room. Adequate paper products and towels, comfy bed, great showers, and a very large space overall. The little outside garden is very nice but it was too chilly to sit out and enjoy it. The neighborhood felt very safe, and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Walgreens and several restaurants a block away. Ample parking on the street as well. Host was great! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spotless, wonderful location
I can’t overstate how pleased we were to find this house. It exudes quality from the moment you walk in. The beds are extremely comfortable, the area is quiet and exclusive, it is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and we loved the patio area and front entrance with all the plants and flowers. The most commendable thing however, was how absolutely spotless and immaculate it was, even the inside of the dishwasher door was gleaming and no dust to be seen anywhere (I’m aware I sound OTT but honestly it had to be mentioned!) Thank you to Mia, not only for the house, but also for her attention to detail and her first class communication.

European Santa Monica retreat
This is a beautiful townhouse. Plenty of space for 4. Definitely still comfortable for 6. Spacious kitchen with coffee pot and easy toaster oven. Very nice appliances. Spacious bedrooms. Powder room in first floor. Laundry in unit. Very clean. Only negative was the gate lock to get into complex. Hopefully building replaces.

A perfect home
This wonderful home was perfect for us . Access to groceries and restaurants was ideal. We are walkers and we we could walk to the beach , and we enjoyed the local park for a playground and a duck pond . The neighbourhood was beautiful to walk everyday, and we felt comfortable and safe . I would recommend this comfortable, pristine home for any stay in LA.

Nice house, but unreasonable neighbour
I originally booked this house to house my teammates for a weekend tournament. We are all adults aged 45+ and responsible people. We have all travelled around the world so this was not our first rodeo with VRBO, but we had a few concerns with our stay here: 1. As we were all flying from different locations across the continent, we were not all arriving at the same time. On our first night, our Ubers arrived at the house at the same time so we greeted each other on the street. As we walked to the house to access our keys, one of the neighbours poked his head out to tell us to be quiet. While I understand that this is a quiet neighbourhood, we were not partying, but rather talking while unlocking doors. The guy just kept harping, very rudely, on how much noise we were making. Talk about a cold welcome. 2. A recommendation would be please put proper toilet paper in the house. We were all very frustrated at how thin the toilet paper was in all the bathrooms, so we bought our own. The house, in general, was very bare bones in terms of supplies. For the price, we were expecting a little more. There wasn’t even a bin for recycling. 3. On our last day, I got notified by the owner about charging us extra for the 5th person in the house. While the cost wasn’t a concern, it was the principle. The VRBO ad had indicated that the house can host up to 6 people, but nothing with reference to extra costs based on the number of people booked.

All the comforts of home at an affordable price!
The home is spacious and comfortable. Parking is convenient. The house manage Mia was easy to contact and accessible. A great location with many walking options for food, drink & entertainment. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.
