Be Aware!
This home is located in a perfect location being close to dining, shopping and the beach! Be aware that it does not include air conditioning even though there is a unit on the property. Communication was poor once I inquired about how we could include the air once we were there and it was very warm in the house. We were instructed to open windows. We had tried and several were painted shut or had no screens. We were told to use the fans. There were only 2 for the entire house. Also it sleeps 8 and there were 3 coffee cups. Tree he pots and pans were excellent. We were approved for an early entry into the house but when we attempted the code it did not work. I called the VR host and received no return call. No kitchen towels or towels for the downstairs bath and no extras to use In the kitchen. It did cool off outside so we were lucky. We had 3 individuals from our family running the Long Beach Marathon and needed a good night sleep. Also, I never received the manual that was referred to for review and sent an email and message to the host with no response. Overall could be a great place due to it’s location but definitely needs these issues addressed.

LA House
Let’s start with the house. It is BEAUTIFUL. I just wish I got to experience all of the amenities. When booking the house it advertised air conditioning, and the first day we had air conditioning. After that they went in and set the temp just high enough to be uncomfortable when going to bed and insisted that the house “didn’t have AC”. They refused to make any changes even after hearing that some renters had asthma and were struggling without AC. Their response to this was “open a window”. Additionally, the house advertises a roof top patio which was locked. When we asked the property manager, they told us we didn’t have access even though it was in the listing and one of the reasons we picked the house. The house is beautiful, and the location is great, however we did not receive what we paid for any the property manager was less than helpful. I don’t recommend this property solely due to the negligence of the property manager.

Nice place, close to 2nd street, some repairs needed
Place was well appointed and clean. The place was almost too much space for the 6 of us but everything worked out well. Some what disappointed that there were some missing components such as door handles, any type of house instructions (in home), and lots of food left behind in fridge.

Stay in Long Beach
Great home! Clean, open plan, great area to spend time with family. We enjoyed the patio furniture in the front yard. We really loved the quiet area, at about 9pm I felt like should use quiet voices outside as not to disturb anyone. We did decide to travel to another beach as this beach didn’t have waves. The house itself was fantastic

The best place!!
Our stay here was more than great! Location was perfect and so was the house!! We would def come back for a fun girls weekend! We loved everything about it!!
