This was our first time booking a non hotel room.
I'll start with the positives...
Cute decor, easy to enter.
Not so good...
The rules ask you to take off your shoes before entering, I'm not sure why. The carpet is stained and the area rug was very matted. We couldn't close the curtain all the way because the ring was detached and wouldn't slide to close. Only 1 small trash can and we had to take items with us daily to throw away in the outside can. Wobbly table, so hard to eat at.
The parking is challenging but managed. The outlet near one of the nightstands was broken. So sometimes the lamp worked and sometimes it went out. Felt unsafe. The wall near that outlet was stained like liquid was dripping down it and never cleaned.
The two things that were just unbearable and unacceptable were the toilet ran every 7-8 minutes! And the noise from whoever lives upstairs. We were woken up each morning at 630-700am to loud talking or shouting, kids yelling and running around like they were outside, stomping around and jumping. The walls are so thin and the people so inconsiderate. We could hear conversations, chairs sliding across the floor right above our heads.
I did reach out to the Hostess and she got back to me with an apology and that she'll let the people know to quiet down. I tried to message her back just to say thank you & it seems that she turned off messaging or the link, so the rest our stay we had no way of contacting her. only 1 1/2 rolls of TP, ran out!
