Perfect spot!
Our family just stayed for 12/5-12/8 and had the best experience! Such a clean, well stocked, great location! It has everything you need in the rental and felt extremely comfortable in the neighborhood. Great host that really shows he cares for his guests! Thank you again, Nathan!

Nathan's Place
Great stay at Nathan's again. This was our third stay this year. My husband and I visit our daughter and her husband. It's the perfect location for us. Nathan's place is immaculate, has everything you need and decorated beautifully. Thank you Nathan for another great stay. See you in December.

Amazing vrbo
This vrbo surpassed our expectations! Immaculate accommodations...very clean, inviting, and loved the decor. It had everything we needed to enjoy a great weeks vacation in CA! Close to many attractions and conveniently located to major highways. Very nice neighborhood!

Perfect in every way
Nate’s place was perfect. Very clean, well appointed, super comfy bed. The place is private and close to all the shops/eateries on Magnolia. Nate was great to communicate with and went above and beyond, bringing us a pour over coffee maker because we are coffee snobs! Great snacks too! Definitely stay here!!!

Wonderful Place
This was our second stay this year at Nathan's Penthouse. It's just a great place to stay. It's close to the Chandler Walking Path, Target, Porto's, and the Coral Cafe. They are all within walking distance. Communication with Nathan is always prompt. The penthouse is immaculate and well thought out. Thanks again for a great stay 2 week stay. We plan on returning soon.

Oh So Sydney & The LA Vacay
My family & I came to town from the Chicago area for my daughter to attend Summer Acting Camp and we had such a great stay at this property. It was very clean, smelled great and everything was as described. The check in process was easy and when I had a question regarding the door code, it was answered and resolved immediately. The coffee maker was amazing, we enjoyed playing the games, and enjoyed watching movies together. The neighborhood is very quiet, nice and we always felt safe. My favorite part of the property was the balcony, it was great for sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely be back!

I hesitate to give this 5 stars because I want it always open for my family trips. But it’s perfect for a small group. Close to everything in the valley. Great neighborhood, easy access to the highways. Can walk or get a ride anywhere in the area. Clean, great setup, great view. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Balcony Views
We stayed at this property for a week in April 2024. It could not have been a nicer place for us to be based, in order to explore the area. Everything was as seen and described on the site. There were even snacks, water bottles and coffee for us to use. Enjoying the sunrise and sunset on the balcony overlooking the neighborhood was one of the the highlights!

Great Stay in Burbank
My husband and I stayed at Nate's place for two weeks. It's a wonderful place to stay. His place is beautiful. The deck has great views. The inside is immaculate. The location is a block away from the Chandler walking path, which we used daily. Porto's Restaurant, Target and the Coral Cafe are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe. Nate has clearly thought about the needs of his guests. We are returning this summer.

Our stay was better than we could have imagined. This host has this property prepared with every last detail you could ask for. We felt safe and secure behind the gated driveway, and it was fairly quiet with the only noise being the airplanes taking off from Burbank Airport. You could hardly hear them in the house and when on the patio they were flying away from the house so it was gone pretty fast (no flights 10pm -7 am). We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a mother daughter trip. I grew up In LA and have never really found a solid hotel that I like when I visit from AZ. So when we stumbled across this little gem we were beyond happy. Everything is impeccably clean. The owner has really thought of everything. Nice fluffy clean towels, comfortable bed and nice linens,(although I wish it were a king), snacks, coffee and bottles of water. The outdoor patio was great to sit during sunset and have a cocktail. There’s also great views out of every window. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt super safe thanks to the security gate. There are some good restaurants that are walkable too. Such a darling cozy place. We will definitely be back next year.
