Okay
Overall this was just okay. It was clean, well stocked, and had a cute front patio. However, there were some issues that could have been resolved before our stay.
Checking in was a bit confusing. The location in the app didn’t match the location sent in the messages.
The hot water wasn’t functional for the first day. Worked for 3 minutes and went cold. The home owner left a note explaining they have a part on order. I contacted the property manager and they got the issue resolved by the next day, which was appreciated. However, I probably wouldn’t have booked this if I knew there were hot water issues. It seems like they already knew about the issue but waited to fix it until we brought it up? A little strange, but at least it was resolved.
Batteries in air conditioner remotes and bidet remote were all dead except for one that was almost dead.
Some light fixtures were missing the covers and were just exposed bulbs.
Lots of little black spiders/bugs. I totally understand a few bugs here and there, but we saw 7-8 spiders and some other bugs during our 5 night stay. I think this property could benefit from a maintenance exterminator.
Upon checking out I got a reminder message to complete the checkout tasks in the house book to avoid a fee. That’s fine, but there was no house book. I looked for one when I arrived but couldn’t find it.
The neighborhood and location were great and the property manager was helpful, but it didn’t feel professionally maintained/cared for.
