“The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...

“The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out”

“The location was excellent with stunning views. The property was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, bedding clean and good storage space. We enjoyed the smart TV and WiFi was good. Only a couple of gripes: the sofa was covered with dog hairs and not very clean. The floor brush handle was broken. Next door neighbours dog was able to walk across into ours from the neighbours apartment. There was no barrier between the two properties to prevent this.”

“Afgelopen week genoten in Nancecliff! Mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin op dorp en zee, heel sfeervol ingericht, heel leuk in “zee-thema”. De bedden waren wat te zacht voor onze ruggen, maar verder is het huis heel comfortabel. En een geweldig welkom en verblijf voor onze hond (oudduitse herder). In heel het dorp en omgeving is het ongelooflijk hondvriendelijk. Prima uitvalsbasis om het prachtige Cornwall te verkennen.”
