Was unable to stay . Homeowner didn’t send code for entry. Reached out to homeowner via text , calls to phone numbers listed and to the number that was provide and the app , with no avail. Finally after being on the phone with for 2 hours VRBO agent ,was able to start a claim for cancelation & refund . Was told that the homeowner would have to approve funds because it was in the 24 hour window. I asked for a supervisor because i believe that's unacceptable given the fact that the homeowner is the reason we are in the situation. Vrbo was also trying to reach the homeowner without success. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone with VRBO agent l was issued a refund. The homeowner reached out via phone call & text 3 1/2 hours later with the access code to enter , and then had the audacity to send a notification that they had to cancel due to age restrictions.
