Esta casa de vacaciones de cuatro dormitorios frente al mar en Long Beach está a solo unos pasos de la playa y cuenta con magníficas vistas al océano desde la sala de estar, la terraza y las habitaciones de arriba. El plan de piso abierto de Seahaven está hecho para socializar, y el magnífico interior de madera con muebles modernos que te harán presumir de hoteles y moteles para siempre. El primer piso de la casa ofrece una amplia sala de estar con una mesa de comedor para 8 personas al lado de una cocina recientemente remodelada con más electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina de los que puede tener en casa.

Hasta diez huéspedes pueden compartir fácilmente la casa de cuatro dormitorios y dos baños. Long Beach Return
Our folks honeymooned at Long Beach in the late 50s, and as a family, we have vacationed there every year since then... until 2020. They had not been back, and it was time to get them there. We wanted a home where we could all stay together AND have an easy-to-navigate main floor with kitchen, master bedroom, and bath for them. Once we got them up the front porch steps (great handrails), it was smooth sailing! The home is delightful! All spaces are beautiful. The pictures online are spot on. Very comfortable stay. The ONLY thing that could have been better is the ocean view. NO fault of the property, it's all caused by nature. :) Over the years, as the trees, grasses etc have grown, the main floor view is blocked. From the second story, you can still see the ocean. Property management was FANTASTIC. Very responsive to requests, and they checked in several times to make sure all was well. The hot tub had been drained for some repair work, and they were very communicative with when staff was arriving to get it filled and set back up. They could not have been any nicer. All around outstanding time. Would book this particular property again and again.

K9 Task Force
4 of our Forensic K9 teams came to town to assist pacific county Sheriffs Office with a case. The home was beautifully decorated, landowners made great use of the space, and it was very clean and comfortable! I would stay here again and we likely will if we get more cases with the sheriffs office!

A Hidden Gem
Our family of four loved the open floor plan and private setting. The Bloomer Estates staff was a pleasure to work with, check-in and check-out was a breeze. We found a number of nice little touches that you don’t often expect in rentals. Will definitely be back.

Heaven on the Peninsula
The house is amazing! High-end furniture and bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and an easy access hot tub. Very spacious design so that even if there are multiple guests/couples, each sleeping space is private. The open kitchen and dining/living area make the perfect gathering place for cooking, eating, and hanging out. I love this house and will be back!

Awesome stay
We had an awesome time. A lovely home, large, two lofts plus two lower bedrooms. A great kitchen, large and airy. And the kitchen is exceedingly well appointed (even a salad spinner!), loads of dishes, cooking pans, utensils, etc. A very quiet location, secluded private drive to the house, with tons of parking in front of the house. There is also a hot tub in a protected, private area of the deck, with a door out of the kitchen directly to the hot tub. It was wonderful to use the hot tub late at night. The house is located in such a way as to give a small sliver of view of the ocean, but we could hear the ocean surf in the hot tub as the late September storms were starting to roll in from the Pacific. The management company (Bloomer Estates) were great to work with, checking in to make sure everything was ok. Very complete instructions on check in and check out. We will absolutely return to the location, the house was wonderful, there are numerous restaurants and grocery stores available nearby. And it is only a 30 minutes drive to Astoria, OR if you want a change in restaurant.

Lets start with the positives
The house was immaculate & clean. It was really a cute house. Now for the negatives. When we first pulled up to the house it was hard to tell that it was the right house because it didn't look anything like the pictures. The pictures showed direct access to the beach & an ocean view from the upstairs lofts. That wasn't the case. The trees & bushes were so overgrown & unkept that you could barely see the ocean from the lofts. Plus walking down to the ocean you had to walk through overgrown trees & bushes that were filled with briar & thorns. The communication with the management was almost non existence. I had to call them 4 or 5 times to complain on issues that we were having with the stove, kitchen water not getting hot, the screen door that wouldn't latch very well, & the toilets continuously running. I was promised call backs which I never received. Although we weren't happy with the rental, we did have an enjoyable time touring & exploring all that there is to do in Long Beach.

Beautiful place but needs upkeep
While we enjoyed our stay at this property with two adults and four kids for 7 days, there were a number of concerns. Everything seems to be high quality and it’s very well decorated but they need to do some serious upkeep. The exterior doors were very difficult to open and close and hard for younger kids to handle. You really had to bang them to close them so it was very loud. The main burner on the stove did not work and the light was not working in the master bedroom and although we brought it to the attention of the manager, they never came and fixed it (you literally had to use a flashlight if you wanted to see in the closet and the sun had set). There were two wall heaters that were broken and the first evening, we could not get the house above 66°. They did come out to fix those but it took a couple trips and needing to be available for them. The biggest issue for us was that all the beautiful deck furniture that is advertised in the photos and description was not available. They said it was put away to get replaced but also isn’t normally available except for summer. This was not made clear on the website. We chose the house largely for the outdoor space and this was a huge disappointment for us. We had a beautiful week of sunny weather and no furniture to sit on outside. The manager and owner were completely unaccomodating and unapologetic and unwilling to give a partial refund for this or the other problems in the house.

Would come back!
We had a great time at Seahaven. Two families with 3 kids total. Make sure you understand that two of the bedrooms are open lofts that don’t afford privacy or protection from noise. We put the kids in the actual bedrooms so the adults could stay up later. That being said, it wasn’t a huge issue and we all had a great time. Great location with 5 minute walk through the grass to the beach, large deck and well equipped kitchen (needs a new can opener). Biggest gripes were the small camping-esque grill and the awkwardly low shower head in one of the bathrooms. Nothing that would keep me from coming back.

Beautiful Memorial Day
We've stayed here before and had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend at the beach. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order which was a major bummer, but we made due without it. Beach proximity is great, the kitchen is the best outfitted of any house we've ever stayed at, and if you get good weather all the natural light is fantastic. I hope to come back again many times :)

Beautiful house, perfect location
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the house. Short walk to the beach, or a short drive into town. Best kitchen we have ever seen at a rental and the clearest instructions we have seen.

Great house!
Beautiful house. Great location. Clean with nice furnishings. Property management was responsive and easy to work with. Water pressure was low but that is not surprising based on other reviews. Several light bulbs were out but not a big deal. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee and tea available. We had a great time and felt very comfortable.

The place was great in a super location...
Was comfortable and clean ... The beach there was fantastic, the house was clean and comfortable and well stocked. There are really only two private bedrooms and two not so private lofts. The loft above the kitchen was a very comfy bed. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in... My interactions and policies with VRBO and with the property managers was not great. They were responsive, but their responses were not helpful. First off, a few hundred dollars for a cleaning fee seems quite high (I am a vacation rental host as well) but I knew that when I signed up. THey added an additional almost one hundred dollar 'hot tub cleaning fee' which seemed excessive; I provide a CLEAN hot tub for guests given it is a feature of my home - and I do not charge an extra fee for a hot tub. I have never paid a hot tub cleaning fee. The hot tub was filthy and smelly when we arrived and the managers cleaned it quickly (so bad that water and filters had to be replaced filthy) when I notified them but we lost 2.5 days of use of said tub; and they only refunded $50 of the cleaning fee to us!! We booked on a pay for four nights and get three 'for free' special. The booking cost of four nights was a fair price for seven nights The fees and taxes the booking was an additional 75% over the booking fee!!!! Crazy. They supposedly charged me taxes and 'administrative fees' based on the cost of 7 days - instead of actually for the 4 we paid. This seemed shady and sketchy to me. The fees, VRBO fees, the management administrative fee, and taxes made the cost way too much for the place... After the high fees, taxes, etc. the value of the place much less 'worth' the price paid. The house featured a wood stove and they provided exactly two starter logs which do not actually heat the stove enough to get hot... Again, with super high cleaning fees, I guess I expected a clean hot tub and fuel for the wood stove at no cost. The excessive fees which did not make sense to me (and again, I am a current host) and left me feeling crappy about the experience. So, check those out before you book...

Awesome location and lovely house.
Really enjoyed our stay in October. We were traveling with a 2.5 month old and a 3 year old. The layout of bedrooms and amount of stairs were a challenge but we were able to work with it. The kitchen is fantastic, the deck and hot tub were wonderful.
