Una casa única en el área de Conservación de Pimlico, cerca del Palacio de Buckingham, el West End y el Parque Battersea, con fácil acceso a los museos de Knightsbridge.

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Sarah hielp met het zoeken naar een parkeerplaats voor de auto. Alles zag er keurig en schoon uit. Een erg fijne plek om te verblijven en Londen te verkennen.

Great calm place to stay in London
Very cute, very quaint, just all around a good time. It took a day for my friends and I to get used to waking around the narrow hallways, but that's standard for the area and we learned fast. Overall it was a good time.

Wonderfully appointed apartment in great area with incredibly friendly and helpful host.
From the moment we entered the Garden House (front door protected by high end Balham deadlocks), the quality of the property was evident. The bedding was comfortable, with more than enough linen. Two and a half bathrooms was a real bonus, and the showers worked well.The kitchen facilities (including excellent Siemens appliances) made meal preparation a breeze, and it was nice to be able to dine in there as well.The lounge room was large enough and secure enough to keep the 10 month old crawling baby happy. As far as the property’s position is concerned, it is within minuscule walking distance of a Tesco Express and an excellent Italian delicatessen (the coffees were very well made). Bus stops were nearby and the nearest Underground stations (Pimlico,Victoria) were less than a 20 minute walk away. The only word of caution is that the steep spiral staircases may be a challenge for the elderly or less mobile traveller. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. And one more thing. We have been using Stayz for many years, and we have never dealt with a friendlier, more accommodating host than Sarah. She could not have made our stay any more pleasant, even to the extent of leaving a few Christmas treats.Thank you Sarah!

Perfect London house
The experience from start to finish was perfect. Sarah the host was great at communications, her property was awesome, clean, great location, stocked with essentials, tea, coffee, cereal etc and shampoos etc. We are a family of 5 and it suited us perfectly, enough room, enough hot water. The location was so convenient, near shops, cafes, restaurants. Transport was close, tube, buses but walking was easy to main attractions and a black cab as we had 5 worked out reasonable. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again next time we are over from Australia.

Fantastic!!!
We really enjoyed this place. Sarah is a great host, the place was clean and in a wonderful location. We walked to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Victoria Palace theater ( saw Hamilton!) and several other places. For attractions further away we walked right to the underground and went al over the place!

Une très bonne adresse dans Londres
La maison de Sarah est très bien située, à proximité du métro et de la gare Victoria, des commodités et des centres d'intérêt de Londres. Les pièces sont confortables, très bien équipées pour accueillir une famille ou un groupe. Sarah a été constamment disponible pour rendre notre séjour bien agréable. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison.

Weekend girls
Our group travelled from Lincoln, Yorkshire & Manchester . Unfortunately we all experienced train cancellations & train delays . Sarah answered all my queries promptly and accommodated a late checkin. A fabulous property , well equipped kitchen, powerful showers & lots of hot water . Towels were fluffy & the Molton Brown hand washes & shower gels were lovely. The attic bedroom has an eclectic library of classics& contemporary literature. An easy 12 mins leisurely walk to the underground & ~25 mins to the Kings Road & restaurants . We would highly recommend this property 10/10 Thankyou

Well-appointed home.
Garden house is a well-appointed home with everything you need and a few special additions such as bubbles, chocolates, milk and herbs and spices. The house was very clean with lovely bedlinen and plenty of towels. Unfortunately the beds were too soft for our comfort so we didn't sleep well. There were also one or two inaccuracies in the online description as there was no hot tub, bicycles or bbq grill. The location is very good and shops close to hand are a real bonus. The living areas are on the middle floor with bedrooms downstairs and upstairs which afforded privacy if preferred. The house was warm and cosy and good value compared with other places.

Great stay!
Just left and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Location was great, close to a tube station, shopping, and restaurants. We were a group of 5 adults and the accommodations were excellent for us. Sarah was great - good communication and availability as needed. Beds were comfortable, sheets, pillows etc. great quality. No issues with cleanliness, or things like the wifi working as advertised. Highly recommend.

Very homey stay!
Sarah was very good about responding to our needs. Her home was clean & comfortable with many amenities . Only issue we had was the laundry usage. When your sightseeing all day you only have the evening to do laundry & wasn’t able to do what we needed due to time restraints. We understand…but wasn’t aware of that.

Perfect location 10 min walk from underground. Lovely quiet neighborhood and well stocked with essentials. Host Sarah was super responsive and helpful. Awesome Italian market a stones throw away along with a Tesco Express grocery store for anything you need to pick up. Was a great stay.

Perfect spot for our short stay in London, easy walking distance to bistro's, coffee shops and restaurants. This 3 floor residence is very well appointed, the quality bedding and provided refreshments were much appreciated. Lots of room to relax and a lovely kitchen diner to socialize at the start and end of day. This accommodation delivered as promised!

Comfortable, clean, great location
My family of four (two teens) stayed for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Nice living room area to unwind after a day out. Comfortable sleeping spaces (two of which are lower level with one having a bit of a damp smell) with nice clean linens. Host was quick with responses and great at communication in general. Location is great. Easy walk to coffee shops, pubs and a Tesco as well. Would book again.
