Propiedad recientemente renovada frente al mar! Nunca se ha alquilado antes. Ahora tomando reservaciones para el verano. Te encantará esta escapada perfecta de vacaciones en el lago Bear. Situada en una playa privada (compartida con solo 6 dueños de propiedades), experimentará increíbles vistas desde esta espaciosa casa de lujo de 2.200 pies cuadrados. Hay mucho espacio para tu familia y amigos en este retiro frente al mar. La casa cuenta con una suite familiar de un tercer piso con una cama doble y mesitas de noche, así como con 2 camas de día con nido y un baño privado. La casa cuenta con 2 televisiones HD de 4k con Apple TV incorporado. Un maestro de piso principal también incluye una cama queen. A los niños les encantará la habitación con literas en la planta baja con dos literas. El último dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y una terraza con vista al patio privado y la playa. Amazing Lakefront Getaway - Perfect for Families!
We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible lakefront property. The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the water with easy access to the lake. The proximity made it super convenient for our family to enjoy all the water activities without any hassle. The dock was a highlight, offering plenty of room for the kids to fish, swim, and play. It was a central hub for our daily adventures, and we loved how easy it was to get in and out of the water. The views were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for family use, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. If you're looking for a family-friendly retreat with unbeatable lake access and breathtaking views, this is the place for you! We can't wait to return.

First Bear Lake visit
We had 6 adults and a 2 year old. The house is lovely. The description online is perfectly written. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room. The semi-private beach was amazing. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. We brought a canoe and went fishing in deeper water as well. We brought all the food needed for the 3 days. The kitchen had everything we needed, pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc. They have a fun play area for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. It was the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever been on in recent memory.

Very nice place
Had a wonderful stay. The view is so beautiful. It fit our family needs just right. Thought the stairs might be an issue but really not bad at all. If you could work on the weather forecast- we’d give 10 stars. LOL.

Lake Stay
The 90' pier was appreciated. Shallows are rocky, not sandy or muddy. Much of the nearby shore is muddy. I have made a reservation for next year at this property. I did not like the metal bunk that I slept in. Every wiggle by granddaughter in the top bunk was transmitted down to me.

Perfect location!
This was our third time staying here, and we just love it! It feels like our home away from home. The location is perfect- we walked to crepes and coffee for breakfast and the grocery store and restaurants are super close as well. The yard is very large and there is a play structure for the kids. The dock was so much fun as well, and there are kayaks and paddle boards to use in the garage. Definitely a bear lake gem!

Family Fun at Bear Lake 2024
This was such a great property; we love being right on the lake. We are already planning for next year. The only thing that could make it better is taking care of the weeds between the lawn and the beach. Other than that, it was Perfect.

Bear Lake Visit
The property and location can't be beat. The unit is clean and the proximity to the lake is what sold us on this rental. The owner is also very responsive.This is the reason for my 5 stars. That said, if you are looking for privacy, keep looking. The 2 adjoining units were full (one of them had more than the rental probably allows) and there were at least 10 children under the age of 8 that were loud and screaming throughout the week. The neighboring deck and grill is literally inches away from the patio furniture. Very close quarters. We struggled to claim yard space in the shared area. The other groups were setting up big canopy tents and left us no room. Hard to enjoy the beach or the dock with so many people. We love Bear Lake but will definitely choose something a bit more private for our next visit.

The Perfect Stay
Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Haven. The views are spectacular and the privacy is heavenly. The unit was very clean and accomidated all of our needs. Family Getaway Success
We loved staying at this property. It was central to the town - everything we needed was close by. We enjoyed the lake access and private dock. The home was neat and tidy. Craig was excellent to work with. There was in the booklet a suggestion for a cave nearby and we went and had a great time. We look forward to staying there again in the future. We recommend this property.

I booked this location as it was centrally located for a group I have know since grade school, I'm 68. It was a wonderful, spacious unit with rooms for all of our married couples. large living room for us to sit around and converse. We even took the Kayaks out on the lake. All of the amenities were new. The kitchen was completely stocked which we took full advantage of cooking every night. The location, right on the beach, gave a fantastic view out every window. I would highly recomend this place as a gettaway to a beautiful location.

Great location for our family. Loved the walkability …quick walk to coffee, shakes and lake. Enjoyed sitting on deck, watching the sunrise and the deer walk by each morning. The playground was a life saver- the two year old granddaughter wore herself out! Craig was awesome to work with and responded quickly to all communication.

Amazing getaway!
This was our second time staying here, and we loved it! The water level was high and the swimming dock was submerged which was so much fun. We had 8 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if anyone in the group has mobility trouble. The location is amazing- walking distance to downtown garden city and super close to the marina. We will be back!

Christmas in August
This was a gift to our family for Christmas. We had the best time ever. The house was clean and the games and water toys were awesome. We barbequed, watched the boat parade, and the fireworks. Everyone had a great time from our 6 month great granddaughter to the 72 year old grandpa!

Great family memories!!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this townhouse, right on the shores of the beautiful turquoise Bear Lake! There was plenty of room for our whole family of 14 to stay! It was very clean and spacious! The owners were awesome and very responsive! Having the paddle board and kayaks available for us to use was so amazing and fun! We would definitely stay there again! June Stay
We had a great time at this property. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had the basic spices, and plenty of pans and dinnerware. The outdoor grill worked great as well. The kids loved the swings and outdoor playset. I misunderstood the listing when it said "Apple TV built in" as it was included, but you would have to enter your Apple TV account information to use it. Also the pictures in the listing of the dock shows it well over the water. In reality, it's at least 10 feet from the waters edge. The dock over the water was the main reason we rented this location, so we were a little disappointed with that. But overall, fun time was had by all!

A nice escape!
This was a very nice place to celebrate my husband and daughter's 16 birthday with the family. There was enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The games they had entertained my children. The deck and the yard was perfect to watch the sunrise and sunsets. I loved the beach and the fire place. I was bummed that we were not able to use the pier but the water toys (3 kayaks, 1 SUP) kept us enjoying the water. Be prepared for a lot of up and down the stairs but the location and views make this house a WIN!
