Good and clean!
Our family stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our time. The house is simple and clean and has everything you need! The road it’s on is a little shaky but we never felt unsafe and the neighbor is SO kind and helpful! The kids loved the goats.

My husband and I have been wanting to checknout the Hatfield & McCoy trail system for years and this was the perfect base camp! Located within 30 min drive of several systems and everything you need just down the road! We loved the friendly neighbors and of course a bew friend for life in Pete!

Caretaker Pete for the win!
House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Caretaker Pete was the best part of this house, he lives across the street and is very very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is rough however he reassured us we were good and all our property would be safe and it was. We went to WV to ride the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system, it was amazing!!! Suggestion for home owner, its time for curtains and a couch.

Clean and stress free and friendly
The care taker Pete greeted ua with a friendly hello and was wonderful. The home was spacious yet ever so cozy. Everything you can imagine was provided. Very clean!! Definitely felt like home away from home. I recommend this property to anyone. The couch was so comfy. I loved the map that was pinned by other guest some came as far as Russia to ride the world class trails.

Just what we needed
Came down with husband and kids to visit family. Great little place! Super clean with all the amenities. Pete was fantastic and Anthony was quick to respond. If you are not familiar with Appalachia, do not let the area turn you off. We had a wonderful stay. 😊

House was clean and had everything you need. The property manager Pete was Awesome such a great guy. The area where the house is located is a little run down and from what I understand they are trying hard to fix that! The stay overall was nice!

Lovely house and Pete the Property Manager is the best!!!!!
We stayed at the property for a long weekend to go to the Hatfield McCoy trails. The house is fantastic! It was like home away from home. The house is immaculate, warm and very cozy. The house provided us with everything we needed down to towels and kitchen necessities. The back porch is perfect for relaxing and the yard is well manicured. The home is well maintained and a lot of care went into making it comfortable for anyone visiting the area. The Logan area is close to a variety of shopping and dining. We had a great time and I will end this review with Pete the Property Manager, Pete was there to greet us and always checked in to make sure we were doing ok and had everything we needed. I wish every one of these properties had a Pete! He made us feel welcomed and we greatly enjoyed having the opportunity to sit in the backyard and chat with him. We will definitely be back at the trails and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you to the Owners for making our stay so memorable!

We had a great time on our trip. It’s great and dog friendly property. It’s nice Walmart is very close and easy to navigate to. Pete was great stopped by a few times to check in, we enjoyed his company! We didn’t realize how far the trails were so didn’t get much riding but the scenery and Pete made up for that lol

Joe Biden please turn back on the coal!!!
The house is perfect for a crazy four wheeling experience! Me and my buddy road 260 miles five trail systems it was incredible. Just get on the highway and go! The house was fully stocked food soap towels and washer and dryer was a plus. Pete next-door was awesome and always looking out. The house had plenty of cameras and all our stuff was safe. The trails were beautifully groomed and ready to be ridden!

Place was clean, the manager was excellent. Just a few miles from Logan where you can find everything you need. Good Wi-Fi and just an all around good experience. Would 100% go back.

Good people to rent from!
Good people to rent from. Nice little older home clean and everything you need for week. We use the property for a spring break trip with my son and a friend to ride the trails on ATVs and it worked great for us. i’d like to thank the property owner for letting us use his property.

Hospitality at its FINEST!
First of all great place tucked away but very close to trails and stores. Pete is the neighbor who looks after the property , what an amazing guy! From the being of us getting there Pete was on point doing everything and anything to get us situated! My bike broke down and Pete was right there with tools! Owner’s are amazing ppl! I had to leave early because of issues with my bike and they gave me a refund without hesitation or me asking. Definitely staying here again!
