“Coralie was a great host. The building is lovely, great communal area and sociable kitchen space. Beds were very comfy. The oven is slower which wasn’t listed till we got a welcome pdf so Christmas was a lot slower- but certainly wouldn’t stop us going again. There were plenty of showers and loos. Coralie left a few decorations up which was appreciated .the house had everything we needed- an abundance of cookware/plates and mugs.. ”

“We loved The Apple Store, it was so cozy and warm and has everything you needed. The owners had put up xmas lights which was a nice touch, too. We spent a few nights including NYE and had a fantastic time. The owners were super organised and sent really clear instructions on how to get to The Apple Store. There are fantastic walks nearby and good places to eat with a view. Lots to do and with 2 teenage boys, the WiFi was sufficient! It was proper escapism and we would definitely return! ”

“Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size.”

“Absolutely stunning location. Don't have to drive any where to walk the dogs, so many walks just on the doorstep. Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom has the best shower ever experienced. The back garden is very dog friendly, even our jack Russell puppy couldn't escape. Though our dog's presence kept setting off the owner's dog's ( they live adjacent to the property) so was a bit worried we were disturbing them when their dog's heard us walking around, which would get their dog's barking....

“We stayed at this property for a large group and it was an excellent property. Cazz and team were very accommodating and helped us with multiple enquiries and even unloading a large shop for us. The house itself has loads of fun activities and the location is amazing. Ideal for big celebrations and parties. Would highly recommend and would stay again! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. Barn is in a very quiet and peaceful location, and was clean and very warm and cosy with heating on. Located on a large field, which was ideal for our dogs to go out. Just a 15 minute drive into Abergavenny, which has some lovely little shops, a market and plenty of places too eat. Would love to visit again sometime. ”
