"Overall I have a good review of this hotel, the location is perfect, near all the sights and in front of the Cathedral. At the beginning there was a small problem, the room we were given smelled of cigarettes and we asked for a change. The receptionist immediately assigned us another room but the problem was I could never find my scarf and gloves I left in that room (also a couple of snacks that I have brought from my country were missing) Despite our stay in the hotel for more than 10 days (from the 29th September to 11th October - 12 days) and my claims to the receptionist I wasn't allowed to check in the previous room I was given, to see if my belongings were still there...In case you have found them recently, I kindly ask you to let me know as soon as possible, my son lives in Vilnius and will arrange for the picking up. "One of the best hotels I have stayed at - it’s comfortable, the rooms are super, AC is working very well and it has proper down filled duvets. Has great facilities (gym and communal washing machines included!) and is in a good central location. Staff are very nice and sweet. Can’t recommend it highly enough!"
