“We stayed the end of january. It was spacious enough for 5 adults. Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Great amenities in a perfect part of town to get wherever you need to go. Communication from host was amazing. We walked in and we felt like we were at home. There are small stairs in to the house and to two of the bedrooms. “We had a wonderful stay at the house while we explored the Keys. Unfortunately the weather was cold, but it was nice to retreat in the evenings back at the house. The house is clean, well-stocked (we could’ve used more towels), the primary bedroom is super comfy with a great shower, and the location of the house on the water is lovely! Highly recommend!”

“The house is fantastic, very clean and easy to find (right near the property market). Checking in was a hassle with security telling us we weren’t on the list so we couldn’t enter the park. People in the Venture Out office finally got a hold of our concierge, who was sick and didn’t pass the information down my party was arriving. “Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable. ”

“My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!”
